Brickell Honda has the best customer service! I went there to get my keyless controller and ended up leaving with a new Honda Accord! The customer service was amazing! This is the worst service ever. When i purchased the car I paid for a service plan up to 75000 miles, and they made me pay for my oil change at 55000 miles. Now they make it so difficult to get a refund , e I paid for a service plan up to 75000 miles, and they made me pay for my oil change at 55000 miles. Now they make it so difficult to get a refund , eventhough they know they made a mistake. I had an appointment at 8:30 am for a fuel pump recall and it tooknthem 4 hours to complete it. The service man said that my rear brakes needed to be changed and when i tooknthe car to my mechanic, my brakes were perfectly fine. I guess that they will tell the client anything to make a buck. Aside for an older gentleman named Carlos in the parts department i dont trust anybody at that dealership. I would rather pay for my oil changes somewhere else even though i still have 4 more with them. Thats how disgusted I am with that place. Never again will i buy a car from them. More

Bought a used car, took the car in for maintenance and after having the car for a year they told me that the cars brake have never been checked even though I've brought the car there multiple times for ch after having the car for a year they told me that the cars brake have never been checked even though I've brought the car there multiple times for check ups, when I last go the car back there were crumbs on the dashboard of the car. Usually get good service but this last time with the reveals of more things that needed fixing and getting my car back as a mess is highly unprofessional. Won't be bringing my car back here. More
