Very difficult to work with. I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to fight to get what I purchased covered. I even had a service rep hang up on me and I never raised my voice or used profanity. I almost stopped using this dealership and the only reason I still use them is Naycolle Wright (sales) I have purchased 8 cars from this dealership and still feel like I am always fighting to be given fair treatment.
