Another painless sales experience with Klaben Three years ago I leased for the very first time. Having never done so before I had many questions and concerns. The whole team at Klaben was very helpful in making the process painless as possible. Fast forward three years later and my new concern was how does the whole lease turn in process work? Well, turns out if was also very painless with the help of the folks at Klaben. All the horror stories you often hear evidently aren't warranted, at least in my case! Throughout the whole experience Doug Carter has been there for me to answer any questions I've had. This time around having had an existing relationship we were able to work out most of the details of the new lease before I even arrived at the dealership! Once I did arrive Doug was already out on the lot pulling up the specific car I had previously told him I was interested in so I could take it out for a test drive. This was my second Ford Escape, so it was mostly just familiarizing myself with what was new from the previous model and making sure I liked the color, etc. Needless to say I was happy with it and we moved forward with the deal. Doug is a pretty busy guy and while he was working on the details of my sale he was multi tasking with another customer. He leaned on Tim Sterling to step in and finalize all the information to complete the sale. Tim was great as well and answered any specifics I had regarding the vehicle, etc. Finally, I worked with Jennifer Bowen to complete the financing end of things. She was personable and very enjoyable to work with and got me in and out quickly/efficiently! Needless to say, the experience was very positive and I look forward to a continued relationship with Klaben and their remarkable team. More

They explained everything about the costs and breakdown of the car and answered all my questions. Quite a bit of time was spent with me going over the technology package, and how to use all the bells and whistles. Plenty of laughs were shared. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous , friendly and helpful. Christine was also a joy even though I was handing over my money. She was friendly and professional. A friend told me to go to Klaben because they were nice. He certainly was right. I still need to thank him. I too will be recommending Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent. More

Service that goes above and beyond! Imagine bringing your 2008 Ford Edge in for service because of a trouble light and two weeks later having it towed back to service to find out the ti Imagine bringing your 2008 Ford Edge in for service because of a trouble light and two weeks later having it towed back to service to find out the timing belt slipped and the engine repairs are to costly to repair. This is what happen to me at Klaben Ford. Needless to say I was upset. I had just paid off my car last year and wasn't expecting to buy a car anytime soon. I started looking on-line for cars I could afford and set an appointment on-line to see some cars Saturday morning. Brandon emailed me right away and then called me back after 9pm that Friday night. When I arrived at Klaben I was greeted by Tim and we discussed what cars I was interested in. I discussed how upset I was with my car and he suggested I talk with Mr. Klaben. Mr. Klaben took both the time to find out why I was upset and research what service was done to my car and to find out what went wrong. I appreciate the professionalism and going above and beyond to resolve my issues and finding me a car that fits with my budget. Tim, thanks for your patience - I love my car!!
