Came in without an appt and Todd found a nail in my tire . He took me in immediately because I had to pick someone up from the train station . I had a very nice experience with David my sales rep. Very good guy. That said, I absolutely loved Jeremy. First he walked me through how to use my car, then he went above and beyond helping me read thi Very good guy. That said, I absolutely loved Jeremy. First he walked me through how to use my car, then he went above and beyond helping me read things and set up my phone (I forgot my readers!) and finally, he stayed with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of after a few stumbling blocks at the dealership. He did it with a big smile and really elevated my experience at Smythe!! I am meeting with him again next week to pick up a new key and I am delighted that he will be my point person once again! Well done, Jeremy! More

Went in because a brake light was out. Todd greeted me and then right away replaced it in minutes and had me out the door!
