Smythe Volvo is a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The salesman Bob Cerza was pleasant and more importantly very honest about the details about the car. Emelia Paladino was very thorough and patient explaining the features of the car. My family and I have purchased several cars from Smythe and Kevin Flanagan always adds a personal touch to each sale. He makes the dealership warm, friendly and inviting, whether it is snacks or beverages and nice room to wait. Staff is very attentive. Even the finance department made the experience less intimidating and explained all offers available to us. All in all a pleasant place to visit. More

Problem Solving Like most I have very busy work week and to my dismay as I returned home from weekend chores I heard a loud pitch equivalent to a whistling sound in m Like most I have very busy work week and to my dismay as I returned home from weekend chores I heard a loud pitch equivalent to a whistling sound in my vehicle. So, I drove to Smythe to have it potentially diagnosed. Given the day, Saturday, and time, afternoon, I wasn't sure what kind of result I could expect. Luckily, the team was still in full swing, and I was both helped and addressed by Brandon. He not only took the time to review my concern, but along with Tom's input and their mechanical team; they narrowed down the problem quickly. And, with the part in-house they were able to fix my SUV on the spot. Their level of professionalism, honesty, and troubleshooting cannot be understated. The intended fix and remedy turned out exactly as they originally told me,--thanks to Brandon especially and Tom, Tina and Jun Choi. More

I had shopped around for the car, driven one, and knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked in the door - Bob made the whole process pleasant, unstressful and fun!! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great - Amelia, Shaun Hayes, even the receptionist when I first came in and had to wait for a salesperson to be available.
