We brought our car in for regular maintenance and for the lock situation problem. All was taken care of and they did a fantastic job of cleaning the car and we even had it inspected. First, I always feel that I am getting the straight scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More
