Tom joins the Luther Auto Group after twenty-five years in the hardwood flooring business. Tom recently celebrated his one-year anniversary here at Luther Nissan Kia and has helped a number of guests out of the old and into the new. When not at the dealership Tom enjoys golfing wherever he can and fishing for that elusive walleye. Tom is a single father of a beautiful fifteen-year-old daughter and a handsome ten-year-boy who are his everything. Buying experiece at Luther Nissan Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Only complaint was a very low offer of $1000 on a 2007 Altima 3.5 in pretty good shape with 114400 miles. Friendly service, best buying experience I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in. The sales staff gave me their VIP internet pricing on the vehicle before I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted for my trade in. The sales staff gave me their VIP internet pricing on the vehicle before I scheduled a time to go see it, which got me in the door and incentive to go test drive the vehicle. They had the vehicle pulled and ready for test driving before I arrived. They were friendly, listened to me, and met or exceeded my expectations. Easy people to work with and even the finance person (Jamie) made things quick and easy. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. Drove home in my new vehicle, one stop shopping. Best buying experience ever. More

2nd oil change tire rotation. I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then w I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then went over what I was supposed to have done. Once I signed my name, I was directed to the lounge area. My oil change and tire rotation was completed and the car washed all in exactly 1/2 hour. Very good, very nice I have been a true Nissan Rogue lover and I am always treated with kindness and everyone has been very nice. More

Business Dealing - Not Trustworthy While negotiating final price on a used car, the Pulse feature was added in and then discounted. A very shady way to present pricing. I was relatively happy with the sticker price and knew there would not be much movement, but how the numbers were presented by the Sales Manager (Dave) was silly. It was not worth debating so a I took the deal ... that said it ruined an otherwise good buying experience. I would recommend the dealership based on selection and pricing, but caution a person when it comes to negotiating a final deal. Tom was a responsive and good sales person, but the fact he played along with the charade on the Pulse feature knocks him down a notch. More
