I specifically have dealt with Tom Terrill my Client Advisor for all of my BMW’s for my family. Tom is very easy to work with and his knowledge of all BMW’s, offers and incentives are amazing. Between my wife, daughters and I we have reached double digits of BMW’s owned or leased from Flemington. And just received delivery of our 2019 X3 M40. Tom teams up with Ed Kiley the Sales manager and Jan-Michael Blakley for the team of people that really care about customer service. They make it a very easy process from the first sit down. Tom Terrill is simply the best! His professionalism, courtesy and knowledge is refreshing and to top that he happens to be a really nice person. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and above our expectations because of Ed, the sales manager, and Tom Terril, our client advisor. Tom made the entire purchase from beginning to end as seamless as possible. He took the time to make sure that I had options to pick from and that I was fully educated before I made my decision. He was pleasant to deal with and very patient. He frequently kept me updated on the status of my car delivery schedule and made my purchase stress free! Tom turned out to be the best sales adviser we have ever met. His knowledge about the vehicles is outstanding and his sales approach is very honest and respectful. When I came to pick up the car, Tom did an excellent job of going over all the tech features and details. After having gone through many dealership interactions during my search for a BMW X3, Tom’s approach made me rethink my view of what I thought large dealerships cared about. If you are considering a BMW I would highly recommend Tom and Flemington BMW. And it’s not just Tom that is great at this dealership, everyone who works there has great teamwork and made me feel taken care of.
