But for Tom, working hard every day to exceed the expectations of his customer is the best reward he could receive. When not in the showroom, Tom enjoys a variety of hobbies. He is an avid skier and golfer. If the weather is against him to enjoy either, he is just as happy indoors indulging in his love for music with his guitar.

From sales to service I have been a customer for 10 years and 3 cars. Tom in sales is the ultimate professional, fair and honest! Jim in service always tells me like it is and never oversells me on what I do and 3 cars. Tom in sales is the ultimate professional, fair and honest! Always a pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Flemington BMW. Tom Terrill is fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just one, but two test drives, sharing helpful insights about the car’s specifications along the way. The Flemington dealership is a bit of drive for us (and there's another BMW dealership in my town - just 10 minutes away!), but the extra time and effort is completely worth it. Everyone is so friendly and the service is top-notch! More
