Alecia personally was professional, attentive to my concerns and recommended services that were also needed. Alecia kept me advised of the status of how long the service would take, and offered me vesi concerns and recommended services that were also needed. I bought my first Honda in 2012 and it still runs perfectly. The Dover service department took excellent care of my 2018 Honda CR-V when I brought it to be serviced. Yesterday I bought my 3rd Honda perfectly. The Dover service department took excellent care of my 2018 Honda CR-V when I brought it to be serviced. Yesterday I bought my 3rd Honda vehicle. I ended up paying a much higher percentage rate on the loan than I was originally quoted ( my credit score is 845 ) I waited over 4 hours for the credit approval, for some reason. I was so tired by the time my turn came that I missed a lot of the details of the loan agreement. I said I did not want the add on coverage but the finance person kept pushing until I finally gave in. It added almost 6,000 to the bottom line costs. I will be calling to cancel- an option I had to ask about as the info was not volunteered. The sales person, John, was very easy to work with and I would work with him again. I still like the Honda brand. More
