our experience with Dover Honda We have bought so many, feel like it is "old home week" when we go into deal ship.. You couldn't find a better bunch of people to work with on buying or leasing from this Honda's dealership. This time, we got an invite from Paula (she did't know I was looking) to see the see the 2019 Honda's. The new HR-V LOVED it & tells me, Thanks, I love this car.. & I say "your Welcome Honey" :) This time we had Jesse French. He bent over backwards with help. Answered all our questions. Bought 1 from him & the next day, we were back to get another. The car that has my heart is the CR-V.. First 1 was 2011.. If you or anyone you know is looking for a car, I'd suggest giving Dover Honda a try, Ask for Jesse, you wont be disappointed. Nicki & Mike Lilly More

Certified Used 2017 Honda Accord The salesperson at Dover Honda was helpful, professional, and not pushy. I enjoyed meeting him. The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready w The salesperson at Dover Honda was helpful, professional, and not pushy. I enjoyed meeting him. The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready when I came buy to pick it up, which was disappointing. I am not sure about the credibility of the 182 point certification process after this experience. The driver seat was/is stained, a replaced wiper blade was not installed properly, and the windshield of my vehicle was badly scratched. Fortunately, my sales representative made certain my vehicle’s windshield was replaced at the dealer’s expense. Someone at the service department dropped the ball checking this car. This drop has me a bit uncertain about the overall credibility of the Honda certification process. More

Purchase of a new CR-V Fast, friendly, and very helpful. I had someone rear-end and total my car. I test drove numerous vehicles from many dealerships. AWESOME, but could use improvement Sales Consultant, Karen Campbell, was awesome when I recently leased a new Honda CR-V. She spent a considerable amount of time with me, and I didn't Sales Consultant, Karen Campbell, was awesome when I recently leased a new Honda CR-V. She spent a considerable amount of time with me, and I didn't feel rushed in making my decision whatsoever. But the amount of time I spent at the dealership for receiving financing, signing papers, etc. was ATROCIOUS! (better part of nearly 4 hrs just sitting and waiting). This was my 3rd lease vehicle here, not to mention 2 out-right purchased vehicles in the last 13 yrs. I have a credit score of 882 so there should have been no issues to delay acquiring the vehicle. I am grateful that no one tried to sell me an extended warranty this time, as I have been less than happy about my prior purchases of that entity, because no one in the service department has ever seemed to understand what this is and what is actually covered by it. I have been a "Honda girl " for a long time and still love their vehicles. But I sincerely hope my next experience won't take so long in financing. Thank you to both Tony and Karen for acknowledging their appreciation for my continued business as well. More
