I arrived before 7 a. m. and watched several vehicles ahead of me get checked in. What frustrated me was seeing the service advisor direct vehicles behind me into a closed m. and watched several vehicles ahead of me get checked in. What frustrated me was seeing the service advisor direct vehicles behind me into a closed lane and check them in before acknowledging my truck. I wasn’t helped until I moved over to that lane myself. After the service was completed, it took more than 30 minutes to receive my truck back after checking out at the cashier, and was told 10-15 minutes. To make matters worse, the very next day my truck was still experiencing the same rearview mirror video issue—one of the main reasons it was brought in. This is especially disappointing considering the truck is less than a month old. Based on this experience, I’ll be considering a different dealership for future service. More
