I took my car in this morning because one of my parking lights would not go off. I was concerned that it would drain my battery. I am familiar with my car and since it is 15 years old and sometimes the ra lights would not go off. I was concerned that it would drain my battery. I am familiar with my car and since it is 15 years old and sometimes the rain effects the electrical systems. When I got to the dealership the issue had resolved itself. I needed an oil change and was scheduled for an appointment in mid October. This was the first appointment available, even though it was 6 weeks out. I really needed to get the oil changed sooner since I was going on vacation before that date and would be in a remote location where I was concerned about the local mechanics being able to work on my Mini Cooper. Troy was wonderful!!! He was very busy with several customers, but took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to get my oil changed while I waited. He was calm, professional and friendly. Be assured that I will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone I meet! More
