Tyler is the Service Manager here at Walter's Automotive and he is the guy that keeps the service department running so smoothly. Tyler works long days to keep things in order so your service experience here at Walter's Automotive is the best it can be. When he does occasionally sneak away he enjoys spending his time off with family and friends. Some of his favorite things to do are wake-boarding, off-roading, vacationing in tropical climates like Hawaii and Mexico and following the Angels and San Diego Chargers. At heart he is a car guy and his favorite Mercedes-Benz is the CLS63 AMG. Say hello to Tyler next time you stop in for service.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever encountered. They promise you the world but won't deliver, the supposed 24point inspection is a joke, you can drive it home and it fails, had to brin encountered. If they ever promise you something like a second key fob and you drive off the lot with it nope never going to get it. No matter how much you ask them to live up to the sales contract, and yes it was promised during the sales speech then when asked where is it they only say do you have in writing, rudest rudest bunch of liars ever. Nope once the deal is done they dont't give a flyinf f. And if I could give the salesman Christian A. negative 100 oh boy would I. Also the sales manager will try to say oh that was just an impression of your experience not ours , or they will say we do not see you in our records maybe another dealership, are you serious? While looking at the sales contract so BS all around. And now we want to go refinance just to get away from them and Maintenace in a different dealership. Sooo, If I could warn you more not to buy from them I would they literally only care about the commission and new car sales, if you buy used and only spend 40k you are sol good luck More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were damaged and needed. The “servicing” dept didn’t even inspect my vehicle but kept it for 4 days and couldn’t “replicate” the sound my car was making. They in fact told me they didn’t inspect it but just went off the 3rd party mechanic’s diagnosis and tried to charge me double what the mechanic was charging. Keep in mind I only had the vehicle for 50 days/1200 miles More

Rude, inflexible, and condescending. I am an out of state customer and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day for working with me. I offered to use fax or DocuSign for any paperwork I am an out of state customer and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day for working with me. I offered to use fax or DocuSign for any paperwork and they brushed me off as if I am not worthy of being their customer. Apparently what’s good enough of a signature for filing federal liscencing isn’t good enough for them. Don’t waste your time or money and instead go somewhere that actually values your business. More

Definitely recommend Mike Sales when purchasing at Walters MB. I can't say it enough, what a great experience it was having him help us get into our new MB.
