Rude, inflexible, and condescending.
I am an out of state customer and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day for working with me. I offered to use fax or DocuSign for any paperwork
I am an out of state customer and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day for working with me. I offered to use fax or DocuSign for any paperwork and they brushed me off as if I am not worthy of being their customer. Apparently what’s good enough of a signature for filing federal liscencing isn’t good enough for them. Don’t waste your time or money and instead go somewhere that actually values your business.

Thank you for the feedback with us. I’m not sure exactly who you are because there is no name here but I’ll assume this is for sales despite that you noted a service employee at the bottom. I’m sorry if we did not provide the necessary customer service as we must do for every customer regardless of where they are located. If I had your info I could look into that further but at this time I can’t. As for selling cars out of state, I again have to apologize about that. Car dealerships have been hit extraordinarily hard by fraud and theft which happens most frequently with out of sales buyers. I am not suggesting you are committing fraud, but as a company we have had to adopt the policy of no longer selling cars to out of state customers with out of sate IDs. I’m really very sorry. If you have any more questions or could give me your name I‘d like to see what communications we sent you.

Since the purchase of my new car. I feel it needs to be known that their outstanding customer service doesn’t stop after a purchase. I had some unrelated questions that had to do with a previous purchase the neither Filomena, Sales Mgr and Emil, General sales Mgr. and Icekk, sales had no part of but were right there to help. I very much appreciated the time they gave without making me feel embarrassed.or rushed. They listen. I’m extremely happy with Walters Mercedes Benz in Riverside. Love their on going customer care

I bought a Mercedes today, after buying our last car from this dealership as well. I went to sign the paperwork on my lunch, signed a few documents but not all the paperwork had been finished. We made a plan to return tonight and complete the DMV paperwork. An hour before coming in they called to say they sold it to someone else for 2k more than they had sold it to me. All behind our backs after already signing documents. When my Husband and I got upset, they insisted it was our fault and that they had every right to sell it. I asked for a Manager to call me back...no call. and to top it off they still have the keys to our current car that we were trading in. Worst customer service EVER. Don't go to this dealer unless you want to be lied to, or even worse used for a higher price. In all my years this takes the cake? Not sure, but this might have some legal liability here. If anything they showed their integrity, which was nothing but a total scam.

I can completely understand you and Greg’s frustration and I’m very sorry this was your experience here. Although we all feel bad in this situation, the simple truth is that you did not buy a car. You filled out a credit app to qualify for financing and a Carfax document about the condition of your trade in vehicle. We did agree to terms and you waited to go into to sign docs and purchase the car at 12:16 but then decided to abruptly leave at 12:34 without telling anyone. Your salesperson ran out of the store to see why you had left and you told him you’d be back, he said ok and told you then that he would keep you up to date on the status of the car. Another person came in and found this car and decided to purchase it. Since there was no completed deal in place and no guarantee we would ever hear from you again, we had to sell the car. John then called you to tell you the car had sold (Made no mention of any price, that’s totally untrue) so you would know what was going on. We felt so bad that we located another more heavily equipped vehicle, discounted it and raised your trade in value to make this new deal even better than the previous one to make up for it but that offer was declined. Greg has been in since and has expressed his concerns at length so much so that we felt it would be best for him to leave and unnecessary for any additional calls. I’m very sorry that the car you wanted sold before you could return but this review is really not what happened.

Sean, obviously you were lied to you by your staff as well. Both John and the finance agreed with us that we were coming back at 7:00 pm to COMPLETE the signing (after I waited 20 minutes for the finance) and explaining I had to return to work by 1pm. Everything in your response is untrue but clearly that is what I have come to expect for your dealership. This is not a way to run a business and it will eventually come back, karma! Either way, thanks for taking the time to confirm that my review of the integrity of your Dealership and staff is correct.

Also, just in case you feel I am lying, please pull your security camera. It will clearly show you who I spoke with, the time stamps and the fact I couldn’t just “get up, leave and chased out”, as you still had the keys to our car.
