From the initial greeting, he was attentive without being pushy. He listened carefully to my list of vehicle requirements and preferences, and when an interesting option in the dealership inventory wasn't a perfect fit, he searched inventory in 250 mile radius to find a match. Throughout, he kept me updated on the process, and made communication easy. When it came time to settle on price, Tim and his manager worked up a fair deal on the first offer. On delivery day, completing the paperwork with Finance Manager Noha Amin was just as easy and efficient. It felt more like catching up with an old friend, which, truth be told, I guess it was. Noha was my salesperson 3 years ago for my last vehicle. More

Kursad at Flemington BMW blew all other dealerships out of the water! I’ve been searching for a particular convertible for the past year and a half and have visited over 7 other dealerships. Once we got to flemington BMW and met Kursad, we knew we might’ve just found ourselves our new favorite salesman. Kursad is kind, patient (emphasis on the patience, I was very particular with what I wanted after having looked for so long), honest, and fair. He treated me with respect, regardless of my young age and gender, which other dealerships had a bias towards me for. He looked for my perfect dream car for over 6 months, and last night I finally bought it and got to claim it as mine. He even went out of his way to order me a pink bow to put on the car and went above and beyond with ensuring the car was in perfect condition for when I got to take it home and even put on my pink crystal license plates. We will absolutely be returning customers with Kursad and Flemington BMW. The finance Business Manager, Catherine Ferry, is also incredible. She handled all of the financing needs and spent time answering any and all questions I had as a first time car buyer. She was sweet, patient, and honest, and she truly recommended what she felt was best for me and not just your typical “what you want to hear”. I appreciated her candor. All staff members that we came in contact with were friendly, kind, playful, helpful, and contributed to making the experience that much more enjoyable.
