Anatoliy really cares about the customers and not just for the business but making personal connection. After getting the car (and getting it delivered home!), he made sure to follow up with me as well to make sure all is well and if I had any questions. This is not your regular dealership where as soon as you walk out the door with a car, they move on to the next one. They really do care about their clients and will make sure that you are happy. I worked with Noah Amin for finance and she was exceptional. Made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and did not rush me into signing up for any extras that I did not need. Last but not least, Vince Dillon. Can not say enough good words about him. I was in an unfortunate situation and went to him with the issue. He went above and beyond to help me out. He really didn't have to but he wanted to because that is how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend!! More

This is my 4th BMW, 2nd X5, and the Flemington BMW staff hit it out of the park again. Vince was waiting for me as I pulled up and greeted me and we had a great conversation. Catherine went over all the paperwork with me and made that process seamless and quick.
