I bought sportage hybrid sx prestige on 1/13/2023 cross bar is in window sticker $350 but my car didn't have it i asked vincent(Salesman) he said hey by the way your trade in the engine is no good so i lo bar is in window sticker $350 but my car didn't have it i asked vincent(Salesman) he said hey by the way your trade in the engine is no good so i lost money on deal now are you gonna give the money back. and he said cross bars here but put them in office i just checked there not there i will let you know(1/18/2023) after i text to him 1/21/23 and 1/24/23 but he didn't answer. i think he is not professional salesman and no customer care after sold car. Salesman talked up the EV rebate, then after the deposit stated the vehicle wasn't eligible. Despite this, there was a dealer mark-up on the vehicle. Vinnie never sent me the final sale paperwork. The printer was broken/system down on the date of sale. When notified of the error, the salesman contacted the relevant staff, but never kept me updated. More
