Still no car................... Kimberly Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. we Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. well they fail to mention you have to pay the diagnostic fee. (Not a small fee)And if there is nothing wrong with the car, you still have to pay that charge. I had my car looked at my another service shop before bringing it to Phil Long Service. In my honest opinion,, i know what is wrong and am just going to see if they state the same thing. Should of stayed at my trusted mechanic. However i have a warranty.. But who knows if Ford will cover it anyway as i was told. We diagnosis it, and then we see if its a covered item. Oh come on. I have the book. They also wanted an extra diagnosis fee just to look at my passenger seat sensor. (Same story.. may or may not be covered.. could be any number of things.. we will charge you a fee to look at it) Unreal.. And still i wait for a referral check for sending someone else to buy a car there. Frustrated on so many levels. More

Not only that, but the purchase process and preparation for taking ownership was simply first class. We were treated with respect, listened to with every question, and were able to receive a premium vehicle at a competitive price. There was no hard sell on "extras" etc., which is almost standard in other dealerships. Every person from start to finish provided excellent customer service. Not only will we be purchasing future Ford products from Phil Long, we will be bringing all our vehicles there for service. More

Recall Service The service department managed to fit me in on short notice to match my schedule. The transmission recall service (reprogramming) was done in hal The service department managed to fit me in on short notice to match my schedule. The transmission recall service (reprogramming) was done in half the estimated time and they manage to do an oil change and a general check up on my truck at the same time. Great service, great people. More

Airbag recall on a Fusion Hybrid We took in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag recall. They said it would take over a day for our 2010 model. That was good but when I picked up the car I found damage on the console between the front seats. There were dings and pits where there were none before. The leather seats seem to be undamaged. The man at the desk didn't tell us his name or have any business cards so I don't know who we were working with. More

Friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I took my car in after a minor incident and the guys at the service center were great! Wayne was friendly and knowledgeable. Better than another local dealership in every way! I went to a different local dealership for brake work and after 2 full days, they had not started not the work. Not only did Phil Long Ford do the wor I went to a different local dealership for brake work and after 2 full days, they had not started not the work. Not only did Phil Long Ford do the work in less than 3 hours, the invoice was LESS THAN HALF of what the other dealership was going to charge me. Fast, friendly and fair service! More

Recall finally done! It has taken almost a year for parts to come in for the recall but it's done now and we're happy.
