Will Schafer is a third generation Dealer with Master Buick GMC. He attended Augusta Preparatory School and graduated in 1986. He then received his Business Administration Degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Having worked at the dealership since he was a teenager, he went on to receive a Diploma from the Dealer Candidate Academy in 1991. He has worked in the Sales, Parts, and Service department in his 27 years with Master. He currently serves on many community boards including Westminster School of Augusta, Crossover Communications International, and Columbia International University. He is the current President of the Augusta, Aiken Buick GMC Dealers Marketing Association, NADA Presidcnt’s Club and a Member of the Rotary Club.

Trading vehicles Nicole was as nice and helpful to us as she would have been her own parents. She is more than willing to answer all our questions and even tells us to come back for more directions. If we were buying another vehicle we would ask for her. The truck we bought or rather traded for is a GMC Sierra with the Denali package. We call it our country Cadillac. When I told Nicole what I was looking for she got right on it and called me when she found it. We didn't actually work with Will but he came out to see us and we had a long conversation. He sets a great example for his employees. More

I ordered a AT4 Sierra from Bernard Hughes, the instant it came in, he contacted me, but actually before that Kathy Schafer Hensley contacted me as we I ordered a AT4 Sierra from Bernard Hughes, the instant it came in, he contacted me, but actually before that Kathy Schafer Hensley contacted me as well when Bernard was on vacation, and after I made the purchase, and bear in mind folks, these calls from Kathy were in the evening hours. I have never had this kind of experience anywhere accept at the GMC Dealership, then today Will Schafer emails me with a follow up. As a business owner myself, it says it about your company when these types of folks follow up. I would and have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so. Bernard also spent extra time with me today to show me the new accessories on the AT4 Sierra. Incredible service!! More
