Will Schafer is a third generation Dealer with Master Buick GMC. He attended Augusta Preparatory School and graduated in 1986. He then received his Business Administration Degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Having worked at the dealership since he was a teenager, he went on to receive a Diploma from the Dealer Candidate Academy in 1991. He has worked in the Sales, Parts, and Service department in his 27 years with Master. He currently serves on many community boards including Westminster School of Augusta, Crossover Communications International, and Columbia International University. He is the current President of the Augusta, Aiken Buick GMC Dealers Marketing Association, NADA Presidcnt’s Club and a Member of the Rotary Club.

As we stated in response to your review on Google, we will be more than happy to take care of your window if it isn't working properly. We have come across some defective parts when doing window repairs in the past, especially on older models. Every special part's order takes 3-5 business days to come in. The technician that worked on your vehicle has been with us for many years and would never take a vehicle on anything other than a test drive to make sure there are no rattling noises or other issues like a window sliding down after a window repair. The route they drive is typically a 5-mile drive around the block. Please allow us to fix your window if it isn't working properly. We always guarantee our work. Thank you. Kathy Hensley Owner
