Three Time Is A Charm! Although it started out that my wife and I purchased a car for our daughter & family (2019 Pilot) it resulted in two additional cars. We purchased a 2919 CR-V Touring for my wife and a 2019 Civic Turbo R for myself. Wolf chase had quite an inventory on CRV’s enabling her to get the color she preferred, Even though I didn’t set out to purchase a car for myself, Wolfchase had two Civic Turbo R’s on the display floor and they looked so good, The rest is history:-) More

Promising beginning, left feeling deceived This dealership upsold an expensive new car to my grandmother who has dementia. My wife and I came in to try and purchase my grandmother’s trade-in, w This dealership upsold an expensive new car to my grandmother who has dementia. My wife and I came in to try and purchase my grandmother’s trade-in, which the dealership had taken from her well below market value. While the dealership first expressed contrition for the initial transaction and offered to sell the trade-in back to us essentially for what they put into it (greatly exceeding our initial expectations), as we proceeded with the sale it became clear that the general manager was less than forthcoming about (and perhaps even falsifying) the dealership’s actual expenses. For instance, they initially agreed to show us the bodyshop invoice, but then suddenly “couldn't find” the invoice. Instead they produced an in-house, itemized list of dealer expenses that did not list any identifying information about the vehicle, notably exceeded the initially quoted bodyshop work by over 100% ($2000 versus $900), and in any case came well short of the claimed total expenses. Our salesman, John McCoy, did seem genuinely kind and honest and to try and work out a fair, transparent deal. But culture is dictated from the top and at some point Mr. McCoy was evidently chided and benched by the GM, Mr. Hamami, for assisting us, and we were rushed onto finance before we could ask any more questions. Ultimately, we did purchase the vehicle and did in truth receive a slightly discounted price on the used car in light of the unfortunate circumstances. But what started as a transparent transaction grew increasingly questionable and icky as it developed. In short, this dealership had an opportunity to go above and beyond and win back customers after a sour experience, but it chose instead to pursue the short gain. We will not be returning or recommmending. More

READ YOUR PAPERWORK!!!! Purchased a car at this dealership and was shocked to find that the dealership never credited me for my $3000 down payment! I went back to the dealers Purchased a car at this dealership and was shocked to find that the dealership never credited me for my $3000 down payment! I went back to the dealership to have this corrected and was told by the finance guy who assisted me (Bill) that he did not know how to read my lease agreement and could not explain to me why my finance agreement did not reflect the $3000 that I gave him the day before. Then spoke with the sales manager (Terrence) who informed me (while laughing at my concern) that he had been working in finance for 30+ years, yet he could not show me where I was given credit for the $3000 that I gave him. If you ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership, READ, READ, and READ AGAIN!!!! DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING ELECTRONIC FORMS - ASK FOR PHYSICAL DOCUMENTS AND READ EVERY LINE! By the way, I reached out to another Honda dealerships’ finance dept who confirmed after running the numbers, that I had indeed been ripped off and not given credit for my down payment. More
