I have worked in t Camry. The purchase of my new car from Toyota of Naperville, was by far the best experience I have ever had with Customer Service. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years now, so I am able to identify good and poor customer service when received. Customer service these days unfortunately has gone out the window in most cases, but not at Toyota of Naperville. Zeke is a phenomenal salesman. He was very patient with me, asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, and was able to fulfill my needs on every level with my new car purchase. I was very nervous doing this by myself as I do not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to purchasing a new car. He made this experience exactly what it needed to be for me. He found me the best deal and the best car for my needs, he helped ease my mind that I was making the right decision, he even offered follow up contact for future maintenance or questions regarding my car. I also had a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Richard. He also spent a lot of time with me and made sure it understood everything we went over. He also offered me follow up contact care with refinancing my car down the road. It was a very difficult six weeks for me trying to find a new car after the transmission went out on my old one, and I only wish that I went to Toyota sooner. I’ve told all of my friends and family about how wonderful my experience was and I already have a referral for Zeke. Zeke and Richard displayed a perfect example of genuine customer care and Toyota is very lucky to have both of them both! I thank both Zeke and Richard for not only restoring my faith in purchasing a car from a dealership, but for helping me end my stressful car search and sending me home with the perfect new and reliable car!
