We came back to Ferman and BMW after an absolutely horrible experience with Mercedes Benz and Clearwater Mercedes Benz. We were very disappointed with an EQS that we leased in 2023. After a long process requesting help to get us out of a car that we were afraid of, MBUSA elected to do nothing. So, we returned to BMW and Ferman and we are very happy we did. We own a 2021 X5 M50i and now a 2025 M440i and are looking forward to a long relationship with Ferman. More
