Dan MacDonald did an amazing job working with us as we were looking for a car. We dealt with a handful of dealers (mainly Mercedes) in the Orlando area and had the worst experience with them. Ferman had were looking for a car. We dealt with a handful of dealers (mainly Mercedes) in the Orlando area and had the worst experience with them. Ferman had exactly the car we were looking for at a less expensive price than Orlando dealers and even though they were 2 hours away Dan did such a great job virtually showing us the car and answering questions that we drove to see it. Dan went above and beyond- sent a personalized video showing us the car, kept in touch, and was not pushy at all - he even offered to meet us halfway to give us a test drive. once we got to the dealership Dan had the car ready and all the staff were very friendly. Any question we had, Dan immediate went to find out an honest an complete answer- even grabbed a mechanic from their shop to give us more information. Dan is a man of his word and came through with everything he said he would. I highly recommend Dan and Ferman- even if you live out of the Tampa area. Dan is the man! More
