I came in to look at a vehicle that i was interested in purchasing not sure,when i arrived at the dealership me and my husband looked at the vehicle while we where looking a salesman came out and greeted us very polite he introduced himself as Manny he asked was we interested in the vehicle my husband said yes he allowed us to test drive the vehicle he told us about the vehicle which was impressive.when we arrived back at the dealership i told him we will give him a call not sure yet. he said ok here's my number you can call me anytime i'm here take the time you need.We arrive back at the dealership on Friday and he was there we did the paperwork and he was excellent in communication,caring,any questions we asked he answered he was not pushy to get me into another vehicle (which i experienced),honest he was right there he was the one that walk us out and handed us the keys.General manager Maryann was excellent honest also i can't say enough my experience was excellent from start to finish

This place is real deal. We went in looking for a used town and country but we met a very honest and good hearted sales guy. His name is Shawn. Please look for him. He is this small iranian guy but have a BIG heart. You wont miss him there he is the only guy to deal with. He is not your typical car sales man. HE gave us a tour like no other. He was patient and very understanding of our needs. The sales process was not just technical but personal. I highly recommend this dealership but most specially my sales agent Shawn.

I hardly write reviews on anything. However I have to say that the customer service experienced I received at Dadeland dodge was over the top PHENOMENAL. I was referred to this location by a friend who recently purchased a Dodge 2015 Challenger and loved the people there along with their wide range of merchandise. From the second I stepped out of the car I could see why he referred me. There were people at the door waiting to greet me, offering me water, and pointing me towards the right direction. My car sales man Giovanni was very professional and offered me several cars to look at although I had my heart set on one (The dodge dart). We spoke for a few minutes and I got to test drive one. It was exactly like what I expected and confirmed my choice. My sister came with me and when Gio noticed she had an interest in the Jeep Compass he called over a fellow co-worker Luis to give her a test drive while he finished up some paper work with me. Although she didn't buy the car on the spot, he definitely convinced her to buy a new car from them, when her current lease was up in 4 months. I proceeded to wait a few minutes while I had some coffee and water and privately spoke to my sister as the financial manager looked over our paperwork. When we arrived into his office, he was super friendly. Although I can't remember his name he played a vital part in my car purchase. He was able to get my monthly payments to a point I was comfortable with and explained everything carefully, knowing this was the first time I purchased a new vehicle and was wary of signing things I wasn't fully informed about. A couple days after I purchased my vehicle, Gio personally E-Mailed me to ask if everything was okay with the car, and if I was comfortable driving it. I love my purchase, and I love the atmosphere at this dealership. I honestly don't think I'll shop for a new car anywhere else.

The only reason not a 5 is it took a long time waiting for the finance people, not alot of things to do in the waiting room of the used car office! Robert was exceptional as were all the guys I encountered, just took longer than I would have liked!

I arrived roughly twenty minutes early and the service staff worked well together as a team to keep me from waiting (which I fully expected due to my early arrival).
Lift gate would not go up - cruiserfan
I took my car in because the lift gate stopped working. It would not go up. The automatic lock worked just fine but the lift gate appeared to be stuck. After a couple of hours I was told that the lift gate props were frozen and needed to be replaced. Once completed, I decided to open to make sure it worked. The automatic lock feature was no longer working. When I explained this to the service rep [not Doug], he tried to explain to me that wasn't the way it worked. Finally he brought out the mechanic who explained to him that my model had the remote keyless entry. The mechanic said that was no longer working and would have to be replaced. Well it was working fine when I drove in; now it isn't. Although I am happy about the replacement gate props, I am disappointed that the automatic lock feature no longer works. That feature was somehow disabled during repair. Hence 3 stars. They did however advise me of a couple of things that need attendance and I will have those taken care of but I will not pay for a replacement key pad disabled during repair.

My girlfriend and I walked in to the dealership with no intentions to take a new car home, at least not that day.
We sat down with Angel to get some information. Angel was very polite and patient, even after I told him how I did not trust sales people.
Two hours later we were signing the paperwork for our new Dodge Journey. At no point we felt pressure to buy the vehicle, I did feel that they made me an offer that it could not be refused.

I sent an email requesting information and within hours I got a response from David Montes-the Internet Sales Manager and his assistance Grace. My husband and I went to the dealership and met with David he was great! No sales pressure-no pushy sales talk...he listed to what I wanted, took us for a test drive and within no time we were driving off in my new Jeep! Kudos also to Brandon Leiss-the Business Manager- who completed our sale very quickly and professionally, Brandon did not try to push a lot of 'extras' on us, fully explained all the paperwork and was just an overall pleasant guy!

with in 1 day we were in agreement on a price, went to the dealership that weekend , drove
the vehicle , looked over closely , while they prepared the paper work , with in an hour I was

In Sept 2016 we were on vacation in Orlando when an indicator light came on, on our 2015 Dodge Journey. We contacted Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge to get our vehicle serviced under warranty. They were able to get us in within 2 days from when we called.
From phone call to schedule an appointment until all service was completed they were 100% professional!! Their facilities were very clean with great amenities to make us comfortable while we waited.
