My wife and I recently started searching for a use Chrysler 300C online. I came across a post for a 2014 model from Bill Bryan. I had a couple of questions and reached out to the dealer, Bill Bryan in Leesburg, FL. I didn't have to wait long for a great response.
Kevin Olson, Internet Business Development, emailed me right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also discussed the car on the phone for a few minutes during the week. I told Kevin that I couldn't make it to view the car in person until Saturday. Kevin went out of his way to watch the car and update me on the status. Kevin even kept an eye on it on Saturday as my family and I drove about 1 1/2 hours to the dealership.
Once we arrived, not only were we met by Kevin but also by a salesman named Jim Jolly. Jim was equally as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and felt like he was guiding us with honest, reliable information.
Well, we loved the car, service and great rates we received and eventually left with the 300C. It couldn't have been easier and we are thrilled. I even received another followup call on Monday from Jim who was checking on our trip home.
I recommend Jim, Kevin and the whole team at Bill Bryan as a great place to purchase your next vehicle. They are worth it, even with a 1 1/2 hour drive!

My wife and I just visited Jim Browne Citrus and were greeted by a young, but soon to find out a very knowledgeable sale person named Jason Rubright. Well, the 2 days that we spent with him it became apparent that he was the right person for the sale. My wife and I ended up buying a 2017 Pacificia Touring L and couldn't be happier. Jason spent extra time making sure we had all of our questions answered and he made sure we were pleased with our choices. Very polite and friendly salesperson. Jason sold us. We are now very glad that we went to Jim Browne Citrus and that Jason was our salesperson. Definitely a good employee and worth his money. Thank You Jason Rubright and Jim Browne Citrus.

Once again these folks amaze me. I had a great buying experience with my salesman Vlademir Rivas and GM Carlos Rodriguez. I took my vehicle in for minor adjustments and the service was top notch. My service advisor Rick Ros top notch and a true professional. These gentleman are an incredible team for Planet Dodge. Rick kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle every step of the way and delivered on the quality, sevice, and attention to detail. My salesman was there to greet me when I droped off and when I picked it up together with my advisor The service I have received is trully the best of any dealership in the US. I purchased a new charger on Friday after getting home Friday night, I realized I had made the wrong decision on the car I chose , that being said it is a beautiful car it just didn't have what I wanted overall in equipment I immediately called in Saturday morning and asked if I could exchange it for the more equipped one. I was told yes I could trade it in. This was disheartening but I did it so I could get the car I wanted. While I was waiting for the finance guy , he seemed like he was taken a really long time I saw him going outside several times before he called me in his office. From there he told me he apologized for the delay but had some good news. I was already mad for having to wait and losing money on a car I had less then 24 hours when Rick proceeded to tell me he got it worked out where I would be happy. Skeptical with what I was about to hear, Rick managed to reverse the previous day's transaction as if it never occurred and put me in the car I really wanted for close to the same payment as before. I was overcome with joy. Rick Rice made my day and made me have a much better experience. My salesman Prince was trying his best but I credit the overall great results to Rick. My command will know what a great experience I had and my friends and family will be directed to go see Rick for their future purchases. Hill Kelly has a asset in Rick and should recognize his efforts to go above and beyond to make customers happy

I contacted Tampa CJD through their Internet Listings on a particular vehicle they had listed. I was fortunate to have Todd Tokish contact me regarding my inquiry. Todd respected my request for email only contact at that point in time and was very responsive to each contact or question in a timely manner. Todd also brought vehicles from their other locations that met my interests and was so accommodating throughout the entire process.

I had been looking for a very specific and very hard to find vehicle. I was also becoming frustrated with sales associates at other dealerships giving me flat out wrong information and having very little product knowledge. Russ is the most professional and pleasant car salesperson I have ever worked with. He found my vehicle and kept in touch with me as it shipped from the factory. Negociating the deal was hassle free and Russ was very knowledgable and helpful reviewing the features of the vehicle.

The rest of the employees were cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was kind and considerate. I typically despise vehicle shopping because of the high pressure and vulture mannerisms of the sales staff. You won't find that at this dealership... the entire experience was smooth and stress free.

I want to give a thumbs up to Mike Cantrell for his patience in a tough situation. I came in looking for new car after my previous purchase at Ferman - 2012 Dodge Journey - had repeated transmission problems. On 4 occasions the transmission failed, ruining two weekends with my son. I finally gave up and went to trade it in last weekend. With the unique situation, Mikes GM, Jason Whidden basically took over the negotiations. We went back and forth a bit and was told I got about $4000 for my upside down trade in (about $900), inconvenience, rental costs, towing costs and a very disappointed son who missed his BMX state championship weekend. I was told it was the best possible but I don't really know! Sticker was $30,990. Lease order shows agreed value of $31,250 (+$260?). Service fee, service contracts and protection package brought it to $33,130. On the lease the agreed value was $31,849 (+$599?). Add in service contract and trade payoff and capitalized cost was now $34,010! Not seeing where I got credit for my time, costs and inconvenience. I did get what I wanted - a car that ran with no new up front cost at about the same cost per month. Just not sure about the numbers at all and I should be! My responsibility too. After 2-3 hours I'm tired and want to get it done. End of the day I don't care that much. I'm driving a new car for same monthly cost, leasing not owning but OK w/that. Did I mention problems with the new car? Back in today for service at 150 miles! (Steve in service is terrific!) Parts ordered and have to go back again. 6th visit in a month! Not sure how anyone could look at this as an exceptional experience. Some of the rating below I can't fill in because I just don't know what I got!

I can not say enough about the service I received on September 9, 2016. My Dodge Charger was towed to Napleton Dodge late at night. Romany received my car and called me right away. He was incredibly nice and helpful. They worked on my car after midnight and had it ready by next morning. He texted me to let me know what the problem was and that it was ready. He also called a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I can tell you I originally serviced my car in Orlando but not anymore. I have found my new Dodge service department at Napleton Dodge!

I only chose 5 stars because that's the most it would allow... otherwise it would have been more. I live in Texas but purchased my vehicle from Arrigo for multiple reasons. One being that the price was fair. They worked with me and got the price where I needed it to be. Second, Arrigo responded to my questions in the most timely manner when I had contacted several dealerships about purchasing a very hard to find vehicle. They were very helpful throughout the purchasing process and even after the purchase had been completed. Jim Saunder and Amanda (sorry, didn't get last name) were very helpful in providing additional pictures, vehicle information, and answering any questions I had. They used personal connections to assist me in finding a shipping company and were very quick to answer texts and calls even on personal time. with in 1 day we were in agreement on a price, went to the dealership that weekend , drove
the vehicle , looked over closely , while they prepared the paper work , with in an hour I was
on my way back to st.pete 102 miles away , the savings were worth it, this is how car shopping
should always be done.

I would like to thank & commend the staff at Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodge dealership for their tenacity and excellence in solving my recent auto repair problem with my 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited.
In March 2016, my car began stalling while driving it. The car had been driven approximately 58,000 miles when the issue began. This continued throughout 4 months for approximately 10 times! It was very dangerous to myself other others on the road.
After having taken the car to 2 other local dealerships (one being the dealership from which I purchased the car brand new), the problem was misdiagnosed and unresolved.
I brought my car to Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodge’s Service Department. Although it was not easy to diagnose (and one mechanical/electric problem may have caused a chain reaction affecting others), the persistence of the Service Department team (in collaboration with Chrysler Corporation Star team) at Joey Accardi Chrysler/Dodge paid off. My car was finally fixed by August 2016!
I appreciate the professionalism & superb customer service of Dennis Doucette (service manager), Ron Kellenbenz (operations director), German “Alex” Gutierrez & Dylan Medeiros (service advisors), Stephen & Danny (technicians), Vic and all that have test-driven my car & contributed to the remedy.
