I live in xx. Augustine and trying to get service at the local Bozard Ford is impossible, a 4 week wait. I think they have so many fleet vehicles they are overwhelmed. I contacted Autonation Ford on Philipp's Hwy and waited only 2 weeks for service. My service advisor was Aaron and within a few days he contacted me with the issue of my truck consuming oil. Turns out after googling the issue it was an easy fix. They did lend me a loaner and even delivered the truck to my home in xx. Augustine 26 miles away. This is the second time going to Autonation in Jacksonville and I very happy with the service. The lady who delivered my truck was very pleasant and I appreciated her bringing back my truck

I live in California and contacted the dealer online to get information regarding a used 2018 FORD F-150 lariat. Dennis contaced me and gave me all of the pictures and details I needed to help me make my decision. Dennis was very professional and very polite. He and I talked many times. Many times he contacted me after businees hours to make sure the transaction was going smoothly. He was more than happy to get me as many pictures as I needed. I ended up purchasing the truck and had it transported to California. Dennis helped with with the transport, financing and warranty. The truck arrived in excellent condition. Bought a new mach e and found an issue later that day with the passenger door not opening. I had to follow up with the sales rep to get me with service to get it fixed after two weeks (should have been arranged immediately upon me notifying the rep the same day-it was a Saturday so service was closed). I finally brought it in to get fixed and they did fix it but as I got to work I noticed they broke the passenger side window switch. They told me to come back but total waste of my time and no one hmseems to give a crap.

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

Also talked to Mida and she was outstanding also —— I have never been treated so good and changed my mind and decided I was too old for a sports car, LOL

It took 3 hours for an oil change which we did not expect to take that long and to patch a tire and then learned they had done a recall. On the way home the speedometer read primarily in KM/H. We called from the car, and Donna nicely tried to explain to use Settings, but I didn't find the right menu and Bill said to wait til we got home, which didn't work until the next morning that I found the Settings on the steering wheel for Display and was able to reset it to MPH

I was on vacation at Rosemary Beach when my car died in the middle of the road. Getting the car towed back to where I was staying was a process. I was advised to get then it towed to AutoNation Ford Panama City. They were not helpful and did not care that I was out of town and had no vehicle. The best they could do was an argument and no appointment until the end of the month. I then called Gary Smith Ford and spoke to Amanda. She was so sweet and understood the pickle I was in. She got my car towed that day and fixed it that afternoon. She even had the shuttle pick us up, an hour and 30 minutes away. Getting there I got my keys from Lynette who was also so sweet and understanding. I owed nothing due to the warranty and was able to have a vehicle. Amanda helped me so much and saved my vacation from a potentially bigger mess. Best Ford I have ever delt with!
