I was an unhappy Ford owner after buying a CPO 2018 Ford Transit Connect XLT from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and having many problems with it. Tallahassee Ford dealt with it while under warranty, and I was not happy with how long repairs took, how poor communication was, and more. I was also not happy with Ford in general, and I had said I would not buy another Ford after this experience. However, everything changed today! I initially went to get the same problem repaired for the 4th time on the van- the computer wasn't working, so I had no speedometer, odometer, etc. It was just a sensor that needed repaired, but it was a 2-month wait to get in for repairs, so I almost took it to a different dealership based on my experiences there the last couple of years. I decided to give them one more chance, and I am glad I did. The entire vibe is different now. From the moment I walked in- honestly not with the best attitude out of sheer frustration with how many times I had to bring the van in- I was impressed. Allen was my service advisor, and he was exceptional in every way. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop. When I sat down in the waiting area, multiple people came to me and other customers offering Lucky Goat coffee, Tasty Pastry treats, water, and soda. The place is absolutely spotless! A nice lady was cleaning the entire time I was there. The waiting area is comfortable with free WiFi and lots of amenities. There was minor miscommunication when I was told my van would need to stay at least overnight, so I had to wait a bit on the shuttle. As I was sitting in the shuttle giving my details, I saw my van being driven out of the service area. He said it must be ready. I said I had been told it was not going to be done today, but we agreed I should get out and find out. It turns out it was ready, so I was happy I wasn't going to waste time going back to my house then having to return. I went inside to sign some papers, and I was very impressed with everyone. As I got ready to leave, one of the gentlemen who had offered me coffee earlier asked how my experience was. I told him that it was so much better and I was thankful for how kind, professional, and service-oriented everyone was including Allen, Bill, the ladies in the service area, and him. He then introduced himself as Bill McKinney, one of the new owners. I told him about all the problems I had with the van, and I said I had hoped to trade it in for a pickup truck. At Bill's invitation, I was hopping out of the van and onto the showroom floor. I ended up spending the entire rest of the day there looking at first at used pickup trucks, then new ones. I observed every person who worked there interacting with customers in such positive ways. It didn't matter who the person was, they were treated with respect and kindness. Bill introduced me to Willy Campos who took care of me and let me test drive different vehicles. Everyone was amazing, and they offered me a good trade deal with the van. Willy went above and beyond, and I was beyond thankful. He helped me move hundreds of pounds of SCUBA gear (from my nonprofit organization) that had been in the van into my new truck. I left feeling very happy with my purchase and with an extremely positive feeling about Tallahassee Ford. Today reminded me of the old days of the dealership when they were so great. I feel strongly that they are great again. If you had a bad experience previously, I strongly encourage you to give them another try. Bill McKinney was integral to my excellent customer service experience. I am so thankful! I've only bought 2 new vehicles in my life, both from this dealership. My first was in 2005, and I didn't think I would ever buy another. Today was different. I now have a 2023 F-150 STX that I love, and I left Tallahassee Ford feeling like every person who works there cares about their jobs and the customers they serve! As a result, I highly recommend Tallahassee Ford!

I delt with Mr. Luis, Rosado, a service advisor, who was helpful. Gotta give both him and the mechanic 5 stars. Runs well, no start up clatter from the VVT, no dents and no bent frame. Horrible experience. I cannot stress enough, stay away. I've left a longer in depth review on google. In a nutshell, April 2022 I purchased a truck from Ford of Kendall. During the process of conversing with the online salesman (I live 4 hours away) I requested a few simple maintenance items to be done upon me submitting my deposit to lock in the purchase of the vehicle. When I arrive to the dealer after a 4 hour drive I immediately notice the poor cosmetic condition of the vehicle the salesman failed to be transparent about. Trying to stay open minded we take a test drive and couldn't help but notice on the highway over 65mph the vehicle felt incredibly unstable. Stupid enough AND in dire need of a vehicle to get back to everyday life I buy it anyways. In the midst of driving back home I had several mechanical malfunctions indicators illuminate on my dash. Upon arriving home I pull the air filter out and drain the motor oil and quite frankly both look like they have never been serviced before. (Pictures included on google review) Overall I think this may be the first negative review I have ever wrote in my entire life but I cannot stress enough how important it is to not do business with these people. Unless you want this type of outcome $50k later...

Just purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Ford Brooksville. Both Mr Mike Amendolare, the sales person who attended to me, and his namesake Mr Glass in the finance department, made the entire experience both pleasant and prompt. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a fully inspected used car. I liked the transparency and the "no-haggle" policy. But some concessions thrown in here or there, such as a free oil change that I requested and succeeded in securing, are the cherry on the icing.

so unlike many of the dealers in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach County, with bad attitudes then trying to charge five to $10,000 over MSRP with a phrase on the window " Dealer Adjusted Market Price" Sam Galloway Ford honored the "MSRP Price" of my new Bronco Took Pride in the preparation of delivering me, my Bronco in sparkling shinny shape. What a nice experience dealing with this dealership the Robins Egg Blue Heritage was Worth the short Three (3) hour drive to pick it up. My salesman John Kmitt was amazing. he graciously and continually kept me advised sometimes on a daily basis the status of where my bronco was, and when they expected it to arrive at their dealership jhon went way over the top as far as making me enjoy the sales experience and buying from Sam Galloway Ford, he should get some type of Ward. Financing was taken care of by Justin and it was a smooth transaction. They did exactly what they promised. I had visited 7 Ford dealerships before coming to Key Scales. I arrived at dark just before closing. Saw a truck I liked and went inside. This is when I finally got a break and met Breanna. We went outside to look at truck, she got some info, we went back inside to make sure it wasn’t already sold and then her truck knowledge kicked in and she told me several things about how it was equipped. She was so nice and knowledgeable I told her I would come back the next day to see it in the daylight and she wanted me to test drive it. So I drove 1 1/2 hours home and drove back the next day. The next day she was waiting for me with truck out front and off we went. Back to office to try and work out a deal. Between her and another gentleman in the dealership I felt they were trying to sell a truck and give me a good deal also. So the truck is in my garage and several friends have admired it around town. Then they ask “ where did you get it?” then “why way down there?” Then I tell them about Breanna and if they start looking I can give them her business card. I took several off her desk.
