My service advisor, Nathaniel was once again very professional. He got back to me via text and phone call with a very short time. I was able to drop off my truck around 9 AM and I had the diagnostic results by 2 PM the same day! Excellent service since I was able to pick up the vehicle the next morning. I do not know the Technician’s name, but he also sent me a very professional video. This is the second time since I’ve owned my ram 2500 that Nathaniel has been my service advisor, and I certainly appreciate his professional manner.
