As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well. They are honest with us about what needs to be done and what can wait. The work that is performed on our CRV has been high quality. Thank you!

From the moment I entered the building my experience was pleasant. I was granted with a nice welcome. After hearing what I was looking for the salesperson quickly grabbed some options for me. He took his time to review features with me and helped answer all of my questions. The overall sales completion process took longer than I had anticipated and resulted in the salesperson staying hours past his shift. Not once did he complain verbally or non-verbally. My interactions with the others involved was also pleasant. After waiting 18 years to purchase a new vehicle, this process of purchasing a new car went better than I anticipated. First and foremost, Armando is extremely knowledgeable of Honda's products and listened to what I was looking for in a car. His knowledge helped me tailor the model of Hondas I was interested in purchasing. Once I made my decision, Armando made the process simple and was super accommodating. He ensured the vehicle was ready for me to drive, showed me features of the vehicle, and even got Detail to go over it again before I went home. Greg, the finance manager, was honest and made sure I knew exactly was I was signing and gave me time to review my documents. Extremely lackluster performance from the staff. Made an appointment with Tina (who was very nice to speak with), then was set up with Carlos for our visit. Unsure of whether it was the day of week, time of day or maybe we just weren’t taken seriously, however Carlos was very disinterested in assisting us with our new vehicle purchase, other than offering test drives. Roughly 30 minutes into our visit, Carlos seemed to lose all care for ensuring that we made our purchase there. Fast forward to the potential purchase process and we received the lowest of lowball offers for our vehicle, citing that they effectively have no confidence in being able to retail our trade in (2019 Audi Q8). When attempting to negotiate, we were effectively told that they are unwilling to budge whatsoever. The very next day, we visited Hughes Honda in Warner Robins and purchased a 2026 Passport Trailsport. Walsh missed out on a sale due to their sales staff putting in zero effort to make a deal. I’d recommend anyone who is in the market in Central GA to visit Hughes instead, as they actually care for their customer base.

At 51 this was the best customer service and most convenient automobile purchase I’ve ever had. Due to my work schedule, Daryen Amaker( sales consultant), Melissa Gardner ( financial) and Wayne Jackson (sales Manager) worked with me by text , email and phone to gather information so I just had to review and sign. This was not a new car that was 60k to 80k purchase but you would have thought it was, it was a used 2022 and half of that, which also says a lot about the priorities of what matters to this dealerships and family whom started it.
