As out-of-towners, we had been slowly increasing the radius from where we were looking at cars. After two weeks of going to different dealers around mid-Michigan, we identified a couple cars we liked on the Garber Pre-Owned website. We called Garber and got Craig Laferriere. He had the cars ready to look at when we arrived and went out of his way to give us the opportunities to see all aspects of the different models we investigated. In fact, after driving one car more than once (the one we ended up buying), Craig put the purchase into motion and stayed well past closing to help us get the paperwork done. He and Jeff (finance manager) were great! The paperwork did not get completed before the banks closed, but they let us take the car home - all the way to Alma - overnight and we completed everything the next day. The best thing about Craig and Jeff were that they were there to answer questions, make smart suggestions and were not afraid to put in some experience-based wisdom when necessary. But, LOW-PRESSURE. And, they just felt like people we would hang out with! I highly recommend Craig and Jeff and the team at Garber Pre-Owned lot. Even if you don't end up buying from them, you will learn a lot and have fun.

I had purchased my last 2 cars fro Hall Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge so when I was traveling north on US-23 for a weekend get away and started having car trouble, I had AAA tow me to this dealership. I was stranded, they couldn't even look at my car until Monday. I was offered a rental car but that wouldn't have solved my problem. I ended up having to buy another vehicle. I was "told" my car had a "deep knocking" and that the engine was shot and my only options were to haul it away myself or trade it in for a mere $500.00 and they would take it to auction. I had recently replaced tires, stabilizer bars, deluxe windshield wipers and had repairs totaling well over $1500.00 yet my car was only worth $500.00 with no concrete evaluation and diagnosis?!? Not sure I believe it but I felt I had no choice. I was also told that by buying a Certified Pre-owned Car that "came with" a 100,000 mile warranty only to find out at the deal signing that this is something I had to pay over $2,500.00 to have. I just feel I wasn't given a fair trade/assessment for my car and was taken advantage of in my desperate situation.

No matter what the task is, large or small, Team Courtesy always services its customers with friendly, gentle, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, common sense, modest care! After many purchases at Courtesy, my observations about Team Courtesy are only reinforced to convince me that the team treats customers like they would want and expect to be treated if they were wearing the customer's shoes. My family's most recent experience was just a few weeks ago and involved the sale of a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited to one of my daughters. After 10 years, it was time for her Dodge Caliber to be "retired". They made the transition to the new Jeep "friction free and seamless"! The expert customer care began with Brent Locey and Rob Grabill in service and proceeded to involve Joel Noe and Abbey his assistant in sales when it became obvious that maybe the best financial option involved trading in the Caliber and buying something new. Even though Joel was on vacation, he was in touch several times per day while Abbey worked directly with my daughter in making the selection of the perfect car for her. At the time of closing, Joel and Abbey completed the paperwork in efficient, timely fashion and made sure that she was well versed in all of the new features of the car. Before we left, Laura Betten Lamer, Ed Buck, and Curt Campau each made it a point to introduce themselves to her, let her know that they were "at her service" for any future needs, questions or concerns, and thanked her profusely for her purchase (her first new car not on dad's dime)!
I could go on for paragraphs and paragraphs about just how great the folks at Courtesy are but it's time to stop. I'll just summarize and say "Team Courtesy, YOU ROCK!"

Denis and Paul had my trade in appraised, paperwork complete and on the road in less than 45 minutes. Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lowell is the place to service your vehicle. Over the last 13 years we've owend a 2003 Dodge Stratus, a 2006 Grand Caravan, and a 2012 Grand Caravan and the service we have received has been amazing. They saved me hundreds of dollars not replacing a power steering pump on the '06 - just needed a flush when everyone else said it was failing. They have recommended necessary work but also frequently recommend work that can be delayed and talk through the risks so you can make the decision even if it isn't in their financial interest. Having been a customer previously at the bigger dealership in Grand Rapids, this dealership is hands down better, cheaper, and more customer friendly. If you buy the vehicle they even have free loaner cars when it is serviced. It hasn't lost its small-town feel even with it changing hands a few years back. HIGHLY recommended.
