Wow!! How easy Randy made it to buy a car. I thought for sure it was going to be the used car nightmare that everyone talks about. But, SURPRISE!!!....I got the car I wanted and financed almost faster than I got out of Schnucks during the ice storm (yikes). A couple of touch ups were needed and I came back the following week. Randy was gracious and quick to get those done. I will be back to Sunset Ford again. They do business they way you wish others would.

My husband and I have both been looking for a new car at multiple dealerships. Sales man Kevin Towns did an amazing finding all the cars that we were looking at. He offered to get cars at all the other Joe machens dealerships. We did decide on a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 200 that was located at Joe Machens Lincoln and Marc Weiner in the business office worked very hard to get financed into the payments that we wanted. I have never been so pleased in my purchase of a car as I was with this one.

My car broke down on the way to St. Louis on a Friday, and I called Vicky Woodson-Wallace on Saturday, explained my situation, and she did everything she could. She asked if I had a preference, I said yes, I want black cloth seats. She searched the inventory and found me a 2016, Focus in Blue Candy, which is the one I really wanted, based on my internet search. Needless to say I broke down on Friday, and was on my way home on Monday in my new car, after spending a few hours at the dealership.

I drove up to the Service Entrance and the door opened automatically to a nicely heated welcome garage. Erik Davidson was standing there waiting for me and greeted me with a smile. He then invited me to some hot coffee (Great designer coffee options), a snack and comfortable waiting room with the 2017 Presidential Inauguration. While waiting, I checked out the showroom and was greeted by Cole Fergus who gave me a tour of the cars there (great deal there on a 2017 Fusion) and made the wait go by quickly. Best part: My bill was $12.00 for the good service. Damian Biondo performed the multi-point inspection (99P0 and the MO Vehicle Inspection (MVI) and left my car clean and did not change my seat/steering/mirror/radio settings (like some service guys do). Updated: The service dept mgr called us to follow up and have been great. There was a communication gap and they found it, and plugged it. This is all i expect from a business, a fair shake. They might have had a hiccup but the bottom line, they recognized it, and moved forward, making the customer satisfied. I could not be happier with the outcome since all I wanted was to be taken seriously, hear the problem, and work with us to a solution! Great job! Thanks again!
I am only leaving this below, so other may understand what happened and see that regardless of the initial discussion, there can come good and a happy resolution.
Only 100 miles over the 3000 mile warranty and been applying what was in the service bulletin to insure we didnt do something wrong on our end. After a few weeks and at lease 600 miles of use, problem didnt get better and they wont assist with us under warranty. Total nonsense. I promised him I would do this and I am.. so I would use caution if you buy from them, their ability to 'work' with the customer post-sale is very weak, if that.

Needed a new van for work deliveries and Warrensburg Ford had just what we were looking for on their lot.
