The service dept at this location is HORRIBLE. I needed to bring my brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order a part. Scheduled an appointment to bring it in the following week, only to drive an hour to the dealer, let them keep it for 4 hours which they did not even get the vehicle into the shop, only to be told when I happened to stop to check on progress after 4 hours was told they wouldnt be getting my vehicle in to get parts installed. No phone call to say they wouldn't be getting it in, no offer to make it right as I had to take off work, drive over an hour and wait 4 hours in a city I do not live. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means a 2 hour drive. Terrible Customer Service!!
