We have bought our last three cars from an another dealership in St. Louis and we’re hesitant to go to someplace where we knew no one. Hunter and everyone at Suntrup were fantastic. I did not feel pressured or rushed through the process. Hunter was especially patient with my two kids interrupting us and knocking things down off of his desk. I highly recommend Hunter and everyone at Suntrup Kia.

The dealership is fine. The WiFi was horrible and when I expressed my vehicle concerns, Doug advised that I’d need a separate appointment but never helped me get one set up. The parking lot was also incredibly crowded and uncomfortable and I had no idea where to park for my service.

Im glad my vehicle was able to be diagnosed and fixed while I was there waiting and didn’t have to get a rental. But what bothered me is that I was told it was just the diagnosis and that would take an hour to an hour and half then they would let me know what was wrong and we would go from there. No one came out to talk to me and tell me what the issue was and that they were able to fix right away. So I was left there to sit and wait about longer than I was expecting. After almost two and half hours I went back to service to see how much longer and they happened to be pulling my car up right at that moment. I’m happy it was all done but better communication would have been appreciated. It was a work day for me and some of the work I do is confidential and can’t be done on public WiFi. So it’s hard to plan my workday and how long I’m going to be delayed in my work when I’m not getting proper updates. I also don’t need a text and or email almost everyday the week leading up to my appointment. The reminder texts and emails are insanely excessive.

Great staff always friendly and focused on the customer's needs. We just bought a Kia Soul from Matt Rodecap and the experience was great. He was very kind and focused on providing us with good service. Also, Mike Goslee makes the finance portion very simple and easy to understand. We've worked with Mike many times and we always leave feeling like we are in good hands. Thank you to all of the Team, you're the Best!

I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received at Napleton’s Kia of Mid Rivers beginning on December 3, 2025. My 2016 Kia Sportage LX was towed in due to an unknown noise under the hood. From the moment it arrived, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Liam promptly gathered my information, explained the next steps, and ensured I received a timely diagnosis. I especially appreciated the real-time video inspection, which clearly explained the issue and recommended repairs. When transportation was needed, Mr. Liam arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me informed through the dealership’s text messaging system. Later, Mr. Matthews became my primary point of contact and provided clear updates regarding repair timing, warranty coverage, and costs. An additional tire rotation was requested and completed without issue. The communication, transparency, and professionalism demonstrated by both Mr. Liam and Mr. Matthews made this a very positive experience. I initially took my KIA Sportage in to fix my air conditioner. Later the following day my engine light came on (at no fault of the dealership). These things happen! Nathan, my service advisor was very good about getting it in very quickly. Now it runs like a top. Very pleased.

Omg, I took my son to purchase a car, horrible experience, they had him to purchase insurance policy before getting approved for the car. After being there from 11:00 am-4:00pm & he got his first truck there, which he only owed $4000 left to pay off, which he bought for 30,000. Smh

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!!

The service dept at this location is HORRIBLE. I needed to bring my brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order a part. Scheduled an appointment to bring it in the following week, only to drive an hour to the dealer, let them keep it for 4 hours which they did not even get the vehicle into the shop, only to be told when I happened to stop to check on progress after 4 hours was told they wouldnt be getting my vehicle in to get parts installed. No phone call to say they wouldn't be getting it in, no offer to make it right as I had to take off work, drive over an hour and wait 4 hours in a city I do not live. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means a 2 hour drive. Terrible Customer Service!!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. - santanaorear

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. I was ensured by the company that they would put this car through the shop and go through everything. I picked the vehicle up and the tires and front bumper clip that was supposed to be fixed were not. They said they would have someone come look at it. They did not. I left with the vehicle since it is my only means of transportation, getting the vehicle home it starts making a loud terrible noise that I recorded and sent back to Roper Kia. They asked for me to bring it in. The fan was not bolted in and had to be replaced which they did replace without charging me. Should not have been an issue had they looked at the vehicle to begin with. A few months down the road the vehicle left me stranded. I had it towed to Roper Kia. They informed me that they could not figure out what is wrong the vehicle and that I should take it Nissan. After Nissan looked at it they found that the air filters were put in backwards which caused the mass air flow sensor to quit working. This mistake by Roper Kia is now costing my $600.00 to get fixed. Had Roper Kia actually put the vehicle in the shop and gone through it like they assured me they did then this error could have been caught if not on the first time there then at least on the second or third time that I had taken the vehicle back. The negligence of Roper Kia's service department has caused this purchase to be a nightmare and after spending close to $20,000 on a vehicle then needing to put it in the shop three times without resolution in less than a year and costing me an additional $600.00 is extremely frustrating. Roper Kia should have to reimburse me for the money I had to put out for their negligence.
