Purchase process was overly long seams service department is short staffed. Wanted the car to come with a Porsche warranty was unable to do because of over priced quote for the repair from shop. One of the delays was for repair of rear spoiler when I got home I put the spoiler up there was a large amount of mud under it you would the mechanic would have told the recon person about it. Also when the car is turned hard left like I have to do to get into my garage the right front wheel locks up this happened when I first parked coming home from the dealership. Gary and Anthony were both excellent to work with not to happy with quality of the service department on quality of the delivery and time to get the car ready. Car should never been advertised for sale until it had gone through the shop and received a clean bill of health.

From the time I drove in the young woman greeted me with a smile and brought me to my service consultant Lee St. Jean. He was really nice and professional and answered all my questions. I had an issue because of a defective part they had installed and Jeffrey Price was so helpful getting it resolved with the service manager. This would have been a perfect experience except for one toxic rude woman. Satch Audio I was told is in IT there. I believe she needs some customer service training. She probably has not had any because she doesn’t normally deal with customers but she should still learn how to deal with people without being rude. I think it could benefit her working in an office situation as well and elevate the toxic environment she creates. It is apparent Toyota of Nashua values their customers and I think that training should be carried through the entire dealership. Thank you to all the employees that have made my experiences positive.

Huge thanks to Noah Smiledge, my salesman, and Erica Garboski in internet sales who both were tremendously helpful with navigating a tricky out of state purchase. It was a longer process, at no fault of the dealership, but Noah stuck with me while I got every puzzle piece into place and had answers for every one of my questions. If he didn’t know, he got me an answer quickly. He was extremely easy to communicate with and kept me very informed throughout the process, giving me daily updates via text to make sure everyone was on the same page, all the way up until the car was delivered to my house in Florida, even mailing documents overnight when necessary to make sure I had everything I needed. Despite it being a first time buying/selling out of state for both of us, Noah was extremely patient and professional in handling all of the hurdles that popped up. I could not recommend him enough as a salesman, and would definitely purchase from McGee Toyota of Epping again.
