As a buyer walking into a dealership you are spinning the roulette wheel as to the salesman you will dealing with. I tried to take that unpredictability out of the equation by using this site and others to find a salesperson I would be compatible with. But when we arrived that salespersons previous appointment was running very late so we met Ahmed a very knowledgeable, personable and courteous salesperson but very aggressive. By the end of 1.5 hours he was very confused that I would not sign a contract for a $43,000 car. But once he got over his dismay and disappointment which was not easy for him........ a few phone calls latter we were able to come a little closer in price for the new vehicle and the amount allotted for my trade-in we purchased the RDX. Ahmed will go to bat for you to try and obtain a good purchase price for your vehicle as long as you have done your homework and are reasonable with your requests.
The finance department was very helpful in securing a great rate for finance and laid out extended warranty plans which were explained throughly.
The experience at Precision was a very good, I left feeling that all my questions and concerns were answered and hopefully my infrequent visits to the service department will be positive.

Everyone from Sales, Finance and Service made this experience VIP and red carpet treatment all the way. They are experts in the car industry and not pushy with the sales at all. I never liked the car buying experience and they changed that for me. I highly recommend.

Our salesman, Dominick Ciriano, was very pleasant and helpful. He worked with us to stay within our budget, yet get the vehicle we wanted. Edward Simo, in Finance, explained all the options thoroughly and we were not pressured to buy the warranty extension, even though we will. The staff was forthcoming and accommodating and it was a pleasure doing business at Vince's Acura Dealership. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I phoned them a week before my current lease with Toyota expires, asked them upfront if they can meet my (steep) criteria, and Joanna Perez willingly gave a wonderful unbeatable deal for the Acura MDX 2016. I chose them simply because they gave me the best deal. When I got there the following week, Fabio, the Sales Manager, honored what we've discussed, and Dave, the Sales Consultant I worked with, was way beyond accommodating to my personal requests. He showed me all the options I have, gave an expert description of what the car is (I am not a car person), and never a moment did I feel any pressure to close a deal with him. He patiently answered all my questions and explained to me things I didn't understand. He didn't mind doing additional paper work when my husband and I decided to change the color of the vehicle we're taking home (different VIN etc). His team even went out of the way and picked up my husband from our previous dealer (40 miles away) the day we got our car. I don't know if any other dealer does that.
I will definitely get another deal with them in the future. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience with the back end - cantdrvinnv
Loved my salesman and vehicle that I purchased. However, prepare to sit a LONG time as there is only one person handling financing! I was told that they could handle an out of state registration process, up front. Come to find out they had no clue how to handle this process, what the fees would be and what paperwork would be required.
I am now unable to drive the vehicle as the temp tag expired. I receive emails from my salesmen, (THIS IS NOT HIS JOB) that have been forwarded 100 times requesting paperwork. I complete said paperwork exactly how they asked, pay $25 to mail it back only to have them say I filled it out wrong!
I will stick to Honda next time!!

Dishonest No integrity car dealership - Hui Z
I paid $3k deposit and signed a contract with all my information left behind after 4 hours spent at the store. After three day's waiting, I was told that the car had a title issue from the previous owner so they could not sell it to me. And also on the following day the sales manager said " it is not a title issue. It is an odometer reading issue. The mileage is 50k instead of 30k..." Such a liar! They have no respect no integrity. So disappointing. I would give negative star if there is a rating like that.
