As a first time buyer it may be difficult to start this journey , but at this dealership they made the journey easy and well worth it. I started by placing an online request of a car and within a few hours I had a phone call and a meeting the next day to check out the car and test drive it if I wished to. I went the next day and meet a nice , respectful and wonderful guy named obie. He was very helpful , showed me around , explained to me how the company works and what to expect. Once we talked for a bit one of the workers brought the car and I was able to test drive it. The car was in great condition and I knew thats the car I wanted. Within a few minutes the papework process had begun, they made sure it was within my budget to accomadate my needs.
Once that was done the car was washed and cleaned and checked again just to make sure everything was alright
OVERALL. Everyone at this dealership was very welcoming, nice, respectul and selfless , they all ensured you got what you wanted & made sure you got the best deal possible.

I have purchased many vehicles during my life, but I must state that my experience with Acura of Ramsey and Stuart Fogler was my best car buying experience ever. I purchased a new MDX from Ramsey Acura on August 8. I worked with Stuart Fogler, and he was excellent to work with. He did a great job as he explained the vehicle, gave me cost saving recommendations, and beat every other dealer or internet price on his first offer. The experience from purchase through delivery was excellent. David Schnapper, the business manager was also a pleasure to work with, and my brief dealing with Tom Sabiel in Service was excellent.
I have to again praise Stu, who also helped me multiple times with setting up my infotainment system at delivery and after delivery. He treats you as if he is a long time friend. Great guy. If you are looking to purchase an Acura, you owe it to yourself to talk to Stuart Fogler at Acura or Ramsey.

Recall - Hrubin
After waiting 11 months, I finally had my recalled air bag replaced today. I realize that the dealer needs to get the new parts from Honda but it should not be the responsibility of the owner to locate the necessary replacement parts. I've called the service department several times over the past year and have been told the the replacements were not in stock and that I should call Acura directly. This happened again last Friday and when I then followed up directly with Acura customer service I was told that the parts were indeed in stock and could be sent immediately to dealers. I then called Boardwalk and lo and behold the replacement was done today. The service was performed quickly along with a car wash and was more than satisfactory today but I don't think that I should have been tasked with locating the new air bag replacement. After all, I am the customer and should not been involved in this recall other than to have been asked to bring my car in for prompt servicing.

CROOKS in suits BE AWARE ! ! ! ! TOTAL FRUAD ..... I was sold a 90,000 car from this dealer. After using the car for 30,000 miles the car breaks down. The WARRANTY the DEALER SOLD ME refuse to fix it. they sold me a car as a V8 gave me a title and the price for a V8 even car fax that said V8; the salesmen later took back. I then find out that I own a V6 .... In the mist of fixing this car I come to find out that the curve weight of the car was tampered with. I'm taking legal actions and pressing charges!!! I hope to see this dealer out of business soon !!
