I have leased several cars in the past from different dealerships and Park Avenue (especially Alfredo Sierra) have far exceeded my expectations this time around. Alfredo and I worked everything out on-line very quickly so I didn't have to sit at a dealership for hours haggling. The car was ready when promised and I was out of there with my brand new RDX in less than 1 hour. This is truly a record-breaking experience. They even had my new plates on!! Alfredo was kind and sincere and very helpful.

Car shopping was never my favorite pastime however it changed with my visit to Acura in Denville. I was greeted with a very friendly staff. They were not pushy and understood I needed to visit another car dealership as well as some time to evaluate the details in order to make the best decision for myself. When I came back I sat with Jane and Meghan who made the purchase a comfortable experience. I then met Mike who took the time to go over every detail and explain the different available options. I returned 2 days later to pick up my car. Steve went over my car with me and he was amazing. A very patient man who never lost patience when I asked him to go over something again. Being a senior citizen I am not up on all the new technology so he made me feel very comfortable. He stressed the point of always feeling welcome to return with any questions or issues at any time. I already told my neighbor of the experience when he said he liked my car and said he was interested in possibly purchasing an Acura in the next few months. I gave him Steve's name. The bottom line is a highly recommend Acura of Denville.

I went to check out a 2013 Scion Fr-S i saw for sale. When I finally was ready to buy it was sold but the best news was that there was one with the mileage being so close to the original and still came with navi. The best part is it was a 2014 too (more warranty time left!). The most important part of the buying process was talking numbers and getting a great deal. Not only did staff members (Kaz, Edward Simo, Eddie, and Peter) help me buy a car but they also weren't pushy at all. They were nothing but supportive in meeting my needs whether it came down to getting the car I want, but also making it affordable for me. Check the team out at Bridgewater Acura. They really know how to make the buying experience very memorable. Over the years my wife and I have bought or leased 7 cars from Acura of Ocean. We just picked up two TLX's today and the entire leasing experience was two thumbs up. Everyone is courteous and concerned. Dan Rupp the sales manager was a pleasure to work with as was Justin Schlam the financial manager. A special shoutout to Rich Wenger who has now leased us 4 cars over the years. He's an absolute gem who is knowledgable, pleasant, easy going.

I have 3 Acuras.. an o3 tl-s with 117K on it.. an 04 TL with 83K on it.. and a 2013 Ilx hybrid with 12K on it... when I need service.. I go to Turnersville Acura.. I talk to John Romano or Jim MaGee... I had a trans replaced here in my 03 after 105K.. went pure Acura reman.. installation:: flawless... issues:: none .. several 1000 miles later.. my 03 tl-s developed a miss... limped it back.. repair.. bad coil pack... repairs: flawless issues: none had my airbag updated as well due to recall.. issues: none
Oil change on my ilx.. synthetic oil.. once a year with tire rotation.. repairs :Flawless..issues : none...
I can talk to john and jim.. they will give me repair options and allow me to make my own decisions..
I get my fluids changed there as well.. trans, power brakes, steering, cooling.. issues :none.. repairs flawless...
they are perhaps a bit more than the corner garage.. or not.. depending on the service and the coupons available off their site.. but the thing that rules is.. they don't f with my time, money or mind...
if you can find a better shop to handle your repairs on your Acura or Honda.. I'd say "Go for it! (and I don't believe you one bit!)
I bought the 03, and 04 here as well.. though the ilx was bought from a Burlington county dealer.. still I service here...
all in all.. the best bang for your buck comes from folks that know what the heck they are doing.. not from parts changers/guessers...
spending just a bit more for repairs gets satisfaction from the end of the repair onward.. no shop is perfect..but these guys here rate very good to excellent.. even if the price is a bit more..
going back for an oil change very soon... and I expect not 1 issue.

2016 Acura MDX ADV-ENT SH-AWD-New Car Purchase Experience - Jim
My wife and I just picked up our new 2016 MDX ADV-ENT SH-AWD Fathom Blue Pearl with gray tone interior from Open Road Acura of Wayne this afternoon and we couldn't be more pleased with the car, with the dealership, and with all of the professionals working there. Mike Musev (the sales guy who helped us) and Jimmy Demarko (the general manager) were both extremely helpful and knowledgable about all of the many features and options the car has and how to operate the rear entertainment system, the navigation system, etc.
We would definitely recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne to anyone who's interested in finding a dealership that is willing to negotiate to make a deal (we found them to be very competitive compared to other Acura dealers in the northern New Jersey area).

Recommended tire change service when it was not necessary - jctsxjava
I serviced my car at this dealer three or four times after I got it. Their facility is really nice, they are all very friendly and polite and professional. My last service there was one of those milestone service which involved a few more things like tire rotation and transmission fluid and cabin filters. After the service was done, they said that I would probably need new tires on my next visit since three of my tire tread had gone down to 4/32. As a result they they said that did not do a tire rotation. I said fine, however I felt a little puzzled since the tires looked OK to me, and when did the penny test, It seemed like there was a substantial tread left.
I drove the car for another five thousand miles before the 'B1' service indicator came on and I needed to take the car in for service again. This time I decided to take the car to Park Avenue Acura. The B1 service indicator too involved a tire rotation. After I got the car serviced and the the service advisor spoke to me and said everything was fine with the car. They had done the tire rotation as part of the B1 package. According to to their their evaluation sheet which was more detailed, the wheels with the lowest treads had a measurement 5/32. This was after driving 5000 extra miles!
It was a real let down to realize that and I won't be taking my car there from now on

100% absolutely the worst buying experience in my life and this would have been my 16th purchase over 30 years! Bought a 2015 SS Camaro convertible here on 4/2/2016. Returned the car to this "dealer" two weeks later. I found out through suspicion, research, Chevrolet dealer and an independent estimate that the vehicle was involved in a major front end collision. The estimate to fix what had been "fixed" was $5,500! The most important finding was the frame of the car was bent from the first collision and never repaired, so the car was a ticking time bomb if it was in another accident!
We ran three VHR's through Carfax, Autocheck and vehiclehistory.com. All reports came back clean, no accidents. The dealer claimed they "had no idea" that the car was in an accident! Bullshit! Any car dealer buying cars from auction has an obligation to inspect the vehicle both professionally and independently to assure the vehicle they're selling is as advertised, no matter what the car history reports say! Found out when the car was in the accident, the owner at that time paid for damage repairs out of pocket, so the accident would never show on a VHR!
The dealership reluctantly took the car back and offered us first dibs on two more of the exact model, but with 3X as many miles as the original car. The original car had 6,300 miles on it, the other two "new" ones, 17K and 19K. The original car was $34,995, talked them down to $33,995. They offered me either of the two other ones at $32,440. So, for 6 hours of driving, tolls, gas, inspections, estimates, countless emails, countless phone calls, complete and utter aggravation and most importantly, possibly endangering the lives of me and my family had that car been hit in the same manner and one of us being killed, they offered me $1,555 off. are you F'n kidding me??? If I was twenty years younger, I would've been going to jail!
DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, DON'T EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE FOR AS LONG AS YOU LIVE!
