I came into the dealership in search of new car and left out with exactly the vehicle I wanted. Jonathan made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. He didn't make me feel like I needed to buy the car that everyone was trying to sell. I felt as if i was shopping with a friend for that perfect dress. I would DEFINITELY refer my friends and family to this dealership. I will definitely give this dealership my future business.

I came to this dealership to look for a reliable pre-owned vehicle for my mother and from the time we walked thru the door we were treated like family. Latoya Davis greeted us with a warm smile as we walked into the service area looking for a pre-owned salesman. She then walked us over to the sales department and introduced us to Barry Katz who was a very experienced salesman which we needed being as tho my mother has not purchased a vehicle in over 12 years. So he made the process very comfortable for us he explained everything and test drove over 4 vehicles with us so his experience and patience was amazing. And Hamad the finance manager was very detailed and was able to get me a payment I could afford without any problem. This dealership has the proper managemnet and staff properly trained in every area to provide excellent customer service. They offered us water and coffee while we waited everyone was so nice we didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. I will definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle new or pre-owned.

I phoned them a week before my current lease with Toyota expires, asked them upfront if they can meet my (steep) criteria, and Joanna Perez willingly gave a wonderful unbeatable deal for the Acura MDX 2016. I chose them simply because they gave me the best deal. When I got there the following week, Fabio, the Sales Manager, honored what we've discussed, and Dave, the Sales Consultant I worked with, was way beyond accommodating to my personal requests. He showed me all the options I have, gave an expert description of what the car is (I am not a car person), and never a moment did I feel any pressure to close a deal with him. He patiently answered all my questions and explained to me things I didn't understand. He didn't mind doing additional paper work when my husband and I decided to change the color of the vehicle we're taking home (different VIN etc). His team even went out of the way and picked up my husband from our previous dealer (40 miles away) the day we got our car. I don't know if any other dealer does that.
I will definitely get another deal with them in the future. Highly recommended.

All the people in the service department were very pleasant and polite. However, I feel the process to
drop off my car for a scheduled service appointment should not take so long and endless phone calls and emails about whether or not I was satisfied with my service experience is a bit much.
