I had a great experience! The car was posted online and I fell in love once I first saw it mind you I live like an hour away from the dealer. The car of my choice was a Scion XB 2005 very low mileage and intact condition, stick shift, electric, & spacious. (The pictures were great quality.) When I went to the dealer I knew I wasn't going to go home with out it. My experience was great and everyone who helped me had a lot of patience. Miss. Moore was so kind and jolly and she had a bright smile, her attitude was more than welcoming! More than anything her follow up calls and how she answered/answers all my questions are great work ethic that she provides in sales/customer service.

The is the 4th vehicle we have purchased/leased from this dealer. It is always a pleasure. We got exactly what we want. The whole process was pleasant and friendly. I drove my car off the lot within a couple of hours of closing the deal and I do not have to return as they took care of the insurance, registation, and permanent plates for me. I LOVE my MDX (this is the 3rd one I have had). It feels like the ultimate in luxury. I can not say enough about the car or this dealership. Michael and the sales manager (whose name eludes me at the moment) were a pleasure!

The team at Boardwalk Acura, led by Don focused on helping me reach a good decision (which model and features), not on "selling" or rushing. They did that by answering each question competently, and taking us on more than one test drive. Between visits they responded to calls quickly when I had further questions. They demonstrated respect for my time. The sales manager Sonny proposed a reasonable and affordable lease price when I was ready, and when I agreed, they had the car ready when I returned to town from a business trip. Business manager Mark closed the deal with a relaxed explanation of the lease and a few final options. This is how a "big-ticket" purchase should be conducted: business-like and a pleasant experience.

I have 3 Acuras.. an o3 tl-s with 117K on it.. an 04 TL with 83K on it.. and a 2013 Ilx hybrid with 12K on it... when I need service.. I go to Turnersville Acura.. I talk to John Romano or Jim MaGee... I had a trans replaced here in my 03 after 105K.. went pure Acura reman.. installation:: flawless... issues:: none .. several 1000 miles later.. my 03 tl-s developed a miss... limped it back.. repair.. bad coil pack... repairs: flawless issues: none had my airbag updated as well due to recall.. issues: none
Oil change on my ilx.. synthetic oil.. once a year with tire rotation.. repairs :Flawless..issues : none...
I can talk to john and jim.. they will give me repair options and allow me to make my own decisions..
I get my fluids changed there as well.. trans, power brakes, steering, cooling.. issues :none.. repairs flawless...
they are perhaps a bit more than the corner garage.. or not.. depending on the service and the coupons available off their site.. but the thing that rules is.. they don't f with my time, money or mind...
if you can find a better shop to handle your repairs on your Acura or Honda.. I'd say "Go for it! (and I don't believe you one bit!)
I bought the 03, and 04 here as well.. though the ilx was bought from a Burlington county dealer.. still I service here...
all in all.. the best bang for your buck comes from folks that know what the heck they are doing.. not from parts changers/guessers...
spending just a bit more for repairs gets satisfaction from the end of the repair onward.. no shop is perfect..but these guys here rate very good to excellent.. even if the price is a bit more..
going back for an oil change very soon... and I expect not 1 issue.

I loved my 2005 MDX so much that the decision to upgrade to a newer model was very difficult for me. I was very pleased with the entire process. I was treated very fairly and with respect - no tacky sales pressure and the process was quick and easy. I'd highly recommend Clinton Acura.

My wife brought in our RDX because one of the warning lights went on. They quoted her over $500 for a simple repair that cost me $120 when I took it to another Acura Dealership. I had to pay them about that much to "diagnose' it. Clearly they tried to take advantage of the situation because a woman had brought the vehicle in. When I arrived to pick up the car, they refused to give me a written estimate for the repair, realizing that they had been caught in their fraud.
Past experiences with them have also been negative, always trying to pile on to a routine service visit.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE ACURA BRAND.

I wasted 2 days 3/4 hours each day; Was quoted a price, signed a contract, paid my cash deposit, declared my trade and did my registration/insurance, also picked car interior/exterior had it cleaned. And was told i was given the wrong price via text message! Now I have receipts and no car! ****DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP*****

All the people in the service department were very pleasant and polite. However, I feel the process to
drop off my car for a scheduled service appointment should not take so long and endless phone calls and emails about whether or not I was satisfied with my service experience is a bit much.
Jake Tuchman has been extremely helpful on both of my visits to Springfield Acura. He is extremely
knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely goes all out to do whatever it takes to help you.
