There was no pressure for a sale and whenever we were at the dealership things moved along promptly and productively. Steve accommodated our schedules and followed up after the purchase. Started at Precision Acura in Princeton....Horrible! Would not negotiate at all. Went to East Brunswick Acura, they were extremly friendly and negotiable, however didn't have the color preferred! Went to Bridgewater Acura, they were amazing. Anthony Spani was GREAT! Shook hands and had a deal within five minutes! Highly recommend! Thanks Anthony and Bridgewater Acura!

Great experience at Boardwalk Acura twice in the past few months. First, my son leased a 2016 Acura MDX Tech and received an extremely great deal. Then today Dec 2nd, I just bought a 2017 Acura TLX Tech for the wife. It was an easy pleasurable transaction. It was a deal that really couldn't be beat, and believe me I shopped it. Sonny Botto, the sales manager, is really one of the best people in the car business that you'll ever meet (in my opinion) and I have met more than enough. Susan in the service department is also one of the best in the business. Before you buy any where else give them a try, I am almost positive you will be glad you did. Very Bad Dealership - Arrogant and Rude - Manny
I made a deal with them for the MDX and trade in and the prices were fixed and I drove from Hartford to get the delivery as there was pricing was better. When I went to take the delivery, everything was all set and the sales person Fred said trade in car is in perfect condition and everything will be as discussed. They asked me to get the insurance and I was on phone with the insurance agent and the GM of this dealership dropped in the finance manager office and I don’t know what happened and while I was on the phone, I was told bluntly told ‘NO DEAL’.
When I asked what happened, I was told General Manager is not approving as she think that they are not making much profit in this deal. Didn’t they know this or got GM approval when they committed to me and I drove from Hartford and until the point of signing the papers as I was told to get the insurance.
Also, I have excellent credit and they said I can get minimum of only 1.99 % from one of the national banks where I am platinum member and I can get 2.04 %. They were right away making $ 2-2.5 k from the financing. So do your homework before falling in to there trap. Also, they charge fee of $ 199 for VIN itching which no other dealership charge and $ less for doc fee and $1000 more for trade in.
Finally, I got MDX from another dealership with $ 300 below there price i.e 45.7k 2017 MDX AWD Tech as they offered $ 46k.No $ 199 VIN etching fee and got rate of 1.99 % through the dealership from my primary bank.
Beware of this dealership. No courtesy. Arrogant and looters.

Be careful turning in a lease - magny4
I will start by writing about previous experiences which were positive. Over the last 10 years, I have leased 4 cars from Open Road Acura. The main reason for my continued business was the ethics of the dealership and the ease they provided to re-lease a car. That all changed this year. To make a very long story short, we turned in our MDX lease and paid ~ 5,600 out of pocket to lease a new RDX. We turned the car in like the previous 3 times and thought all was ok. We received a statement in the mail stating that we owe over $1,700 due to a few issues with the car, a dinged windshield, a tire that although was fine, didnt match the make of the other 3, and a claimed scraping of the bumper. I think the scraping happened there after we turned in the car, but we will never know. If the dealer would have let me know beforehand, I could have had all repaired for ~$80.00 since I had insurance to cover the windshield etc. I would have never leased the car at this time had i known the issues, and only leased another car with this dealer due to previous experience. Never again. Now andrew, the manager up there did help out, but still left us with over $700.00 additional out of pocket. Ive never really haggled with these guys but was now >$6,000 oop on a RDX. They were so intent on making the sale, they ignored all aspects of customer service, and really nailed me on this one. Do not trust this dealership. Get everything in writing, and most important shop around. 10 years, 4 cars and I now say NEVER AGAIN.
