Amazing experience. - Andre and Thayssa
Alfredo Sierra was an awesome sells associate. Very honest took us for a test drive showed us everything about the car. Very patient and didn't push us towards something else. The best of all they didn't have the color we wanted in the lot and I had work the next day so I did all the paperwork and he delivered the car at my job. I couldn't believe it. Thanks again Alfredo will definitely be buying cars with you in the future.
Great experience - KimS
Got a new Acura lease and it was easy and stress free! The sales people were friendly and reasonable and the process took less time than I anticipated
Great Expirience - Mike
The team at Denville Acura did a great job of getting me into a Brand new car and met my needs in finance at the right price.
Ahmed made the process seamless. - ark9468
I recently purchased car from Ahmed Heba at Precision Acura of Princeton and I can't gush about him enough. First of all, I feel like I have a new friend for life. He is a terrific person and really made me feel important. He spent a lot time with me helping me decide which car I wanted, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was beyond friendly and made sure to help me when I had a million questions. I know my husband will be shopping for his new car from Ahmed soon!
Like a "Bridge" over troubled waters... - Mr. Frank
I was looking for a specific used car for a second vehicle for the past two years. I had a certain criteria for the vehicle including model, type, mileage, color and price. Since it was a second vehicle, I had the leisure of setting unlikely expectations. There were a few maybe's along the way but one factor always killed the deal. It was rough waters out there...Then I came across Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura on a search engine and they had a potential winner listed. I reached out online and Christina Hecht answered a few of my questions and promptly invited me to come in for a test drive. The website even offered a free, full access to the Car Fax report on the vehicle. I thought that was a good sign.
So, I stopped by one morning and was immediately greeted by the handsome Mikhail Boltarets.
He offered me a hot coffee or tea, and we got right down to business. The car was all ready for the test drive. We got in the car and pulled out of the lot as he underscored all the strengths this used vehicle offered during our conversation. He didn't even make fun of my driving. Anyway, after he quickly outlined the purchase process, I told him I was going to think about it for a day or two. (I had to get the ol' lady on board and being married himself, he understood). There was absolutely no sales pressure. I called him with some conditions and he worked with the dealer management to meet all of my requests. Even meeting me half way on a price reduction! And if that wasn't enough, Mike just called me, just now while I am writing this review, to tell me my license plates just came in...He is overnighting them to me to save me the time of coming back to the dealership. Boom!
Let's face it, buying a used car from a dealer can be like riding a barrel over Niagra Falls. But dealing with Bridgewater Acura and it's staff was like a bridge over troubled waters. After two years of searching for the right deal, I finally got one. Thank you Bridgewater Acura!

We had a great experience in finding our new car. The reception and sales staffs were extremely helpful and accommodating. A great place to shop for a car.

Recall - Hrubin
After waiting 11 months, I finally had my recalled air bag replaced today. I realize that the dealer needs to get the new parts from Honda but it should not be the responsibility of the owner to locate the necessary replacement parts. I've called the service department several times over the past year and have been told the the replacements were not in stock and that I should call Acura directly. This happened again last Friday and when I then followed up directly with Acura customer service I was told that the parts were indeed in stock and could be sent immediately to dealers. I then called Boardwalk and lo and behold the replacement was done today. The service was performed quickly along with a car wash and was more than satisfactory today but I don't think that I should have been tasked with locating the new air bag replacement. After all, I am the customer and should not been involved in this recall other than to have been asked to bring my car in for prompt servicing.
Ignition Cylinder Replacement - silveracura
Mike and his guys did a great job replacing the ignition cylnder in my car. It was finished faster than the expected time. They also took the time to clean the inside and outside of my car.

Few weeks ago,my honda minivan's steering wheel shakes while go over 70m/hr.so took it in asked for alignment. I was told the front brake pads and the rooters are causing the problem..OK,put the new ones in then.the service advisor said:"I will take care you."waited 3 hours, total charged $550 with alignment .labor costs $300,parts $250.
Few days later got on the highway.guess what, same problem.took it in again.they told me the wheels were out of balance.they rebalanced the wheel ,and no shaking anymore.then I realized last time they not only didn't do that alignment, they didn't even bother to balance the wheels.just charge me and sent me on my way.and then the service guy told me the rear brake and rooters were bad too.OK ,do it then,it's on the jack already.waited 5 hours.total charge $490.labor $200.parts $290.Quote from the service advisor:"it's not cheap!"sure, top service comes with top prices,as long as it is a honest way.both time they won't give me a quote, just go ahead to get on it.
My wife took her MDX in for oil chang couple times, the car has around 50K miles on it.always been told to do something else.had rear deferential fluid changed.later she told me:"I don't even know what it is,but they sound so critical ."now I'm getting the idea maybe they did not even do that fluid change, just charge her and sent her out of the door the same way as me.
Poor Customer Service - T-Mac100
My boyfriend and I purchased a car from this dealership over the weekend. The buying process went smoothly and the internet sales manager and sales associate were friendly. We were able to drive the car off the lot that evening. We returned on Monday to finalize some open transaction issues. While there, we explained one of the two car key remotes had a dead battery and requested that they change it. It was explained that their service department was closed that day so they couldn't replace the battery. We explained that we lived over an hour away and if we could leave the key to have shipped back to us or if they could ship a new battery in which they said no. They did not offer any other way to resolve this issue. On Tuesday, I called the sales associate thinking he could give us better customer service considering we just bought a car from him two days prior. He suggested we could either return to the dealership or since we live so far away that we should go to radio shack, buy the battery, and install it ourselves. When I said we didn't know where the battery even went, he said "You can Google it". The problem is that I shouldn't have to Google how to do anything if I just bought a CAR from you. Why are you giving key remotes with dead batteries to new customers and then blowing them off once a deal is made? When I explained that the least they could have done on Monday was given us a battery from the other hundreds of remotes they had available for test driving cars that day, he said it wouldn't have been a new battery in which I had to point out that it is better than a DEAD battery. It is a shame that this dealership would rather risk receiving bad reviews from my boyfriend and I, plus his family who also witnessed what happened, rather than replace a battery in a key remote. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone even if they were giving away free cars.
Best Experience and Great People!!! - Elkagreen48
The staff at Open Road Acura of Wayne were the best! They encouraged me to drive the car I was interested in before taking any other steps to sell me! How refreshing that was. I did lease a new RDX from them, great car. The finance guy John is amazing and my sales person was very knowledgeable and made the process fun and quick! Highly recommend this dealership and I can't believe some of the negative reviews I read on here about them, not sure if those people are just angry or impossible to please...LOL
Uncooperative Service Dept for long time customer - cathy056
My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery charger give it a charge for a bit and it started. The battery was under warrant so I called Springfield Acura to take it in and get a new battery. It was before noon and I was told they could not help me today, I'd have to come tomorrow which meant I'd have to miss work. I told them I could not do that and I wasn't sure if it would even start again so I needed to get it looked at immediately. I was very rudely told they could not help me. They had looked up my service records and knew this was the 2nd car I've purchased there and serviced there. I called Brunswick Acura who, without even checking to see if I had ever serviced there, told me to get there whenever I could and they'd take a look at it. They took me right away and were shocked to find out that I had been to Springfield Acura twice since a recall and they had never fixed it. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle or service at Springfield again.
Acura at East Brunswick - Michael Farkas
At the beginning of any car purchase quest you first need to decide on a vehicle to target. We actually selected two to look at. 1) The Acura TLX (we drove the 2015 version prior) and the 2) Nissan Maxima (wife owned one a few years back). We made an appointment with Sam at the East Brunswick Acura and the voyage began. We arrived to meet Ray. Ray was an Old Bridge guy and knew the area as we did. He gave us details on the car and then we went and test drove it again. Wow what a ride. We went back and started the conversations on the car. They great thing is they just gave us the price and were really aggressive about it. Saves so much time on the game playing (something to appreciate for sure). From there we met Andrew and Jerry who helped to finalize the purchase. Never looked back. Great Experience, Great car, loyal customer now.
