Latest New Jersey Subaru Dealer Reviews

I requested a quote and a valuation of my trade-in. Their quote beat the price found on both edmunds.com and carsdirect.com. They obviously didn't commit to a trade-in value without seeing it, but they gave an estimate. When I brought my car in for them to look at, they honored the quote and their estimate.
I ordered a remote starter, which turned out to be on back-order from Subaru. They went the extra mile to search other dealerships and delivered the car on time as promised.
Alex was responsive and answered all my questions, both via email and in person.
The only blemish to my experience was that I noticed an interior panel was not completely secured. I'm guessing it was opened to access the wiring for the remote starter or fog lights. It took me a second to pop in back in, so no biggie.

I drove over an hour away to get my 2009 impreza after my local dealer failed to look properly for my car using his dealer network connections which did nothing and turned up no car and wasted time, this was the last black model around for over 100 miles. They were very nice on the phone with me , called me back when promised, and were not pushy or agressive in any way like the 90% of the other dealers/ salesmen I came in contact with on my car search. I bought my car over the phone with Miller after no Subaru dealer in my town or bergen county could deliver what I wanted after visiting them in person.
