Overall the dealerships and Joe Bauman Salesmen were good. I went along to help my widow friend buy a car. We went to the Gm side but needed to work with the arbogast ford finance Mgr and that was xx. HE didn't listen only wanted to tell- I told him this was bull which further sent this south due to us having prearranged financing through Abby CU.- Then after waiting another 20 minutes we had Abby talk directly to John because they were not getting his email- oh a typo- more Bull. John even mentioned he was overworked because he was the only person doing financing- yes telling a customer that. WOW As a retired CEO who has bought over 30 cars in my lifetime- john is a reputation killer. I'll let the owner decide what to do about that. We liked Joe, the car & dealerships overall- pretty good deal but the interaction with John spoiled all of that. Maybe he had a bad day ' xx.

The dealership was very accommodating greeting me inside before my appointment. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy and quick to get service work done on my car without a prescheduled appointment. The wait time was very short while the service technician worked on my car and also provided me a video recording of the inspection process. Great place to have your car serviced.

The only issue we had was a few of the vehicles we looked at smelled so bad of smoke we didnt even visited them, even though they were exactly what my son was looking for. Aside from that we did find a vehicle to purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased with the assistance we recieved.
