We worked with Jamie Mead to purchase a used vehicle. We arrived at the dealership and Jamie had the vehicle ready for our test drive. No hesitation about putting it up on a lift so we could fully inspect it. Jamie worked with us on pricing so the purchase price would fit our budget. He even filled the tank prior to our departure for home in our newly purchased vehicle! Jamie was super easy to work with as was Dave Kalmbach in Finance. Neither were hard sell or pushy. We would gladly purchase another vehicle from Jamie!

I brought my car in for the first oil change and Sean was there to greet me and ensure that everything was handled promptly. Sean is the best....I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You just don't get any better. He even called me on my birthday to wish me a Happy Birthday, gave me his personal cell phone number, which he gives to all of his clients and is always there if needed.

Overall the dealerships and Joe Bauman Salesmen were good. I went along to help my widow friend buy a car. We went to the Gm side but needed to work with the arbogast ford finance Mgr and that was xx. HE didn't listen only wanted to tell- I told him this was bull which further sent this south due to us having prearranged financing through Abby CU.- Then after waiting another 20 minutes we had Abby talk directly to John because they were not getting his email- oh a typo- more Bull. John even mentioned he was overworked because he was the only person doing financing- yes telling a customer that. WOW As a retired CEO who has bought over 30 cars in my lifetime- john is a reputation killer. I'll let the owner decide what to do about that. We liked Joe, the car & dealerships overall- pretty good deal but the interaction with John spoiled all of that. Maybe he had a bad day ' xx.
