made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

This dealership and its personnel, especially Jesse Keys, keep demonstrating their excellence and truly exceptional customer service in every way. I've been coming here for nearly 5 years, and it keeps getting better. Jesse, the techs who worked on my car, and the shop foreman are all outstanding. They have been patient with me and my car concerning a major transmission issue and repair. Jesse has spent significant time to get the best outcome for me, and for that I could not be more grateful. He pulled out all the stops to take care of the customer. This dealership and Jesse provide luxury dealer service...the type of customer service I'd expect if I went to Mercedes or Lexus etc. I cannot recommend Subaru, Ferguson Subaru and Jesse Keys enough.

I always recommend the service team at Billingsley to all my friends and relatives. I think they are absolutely the best there is. They always know exactly what to do to fix my Lincoln no matter what the problem is. Even though I drive an older Lincoln Town Car (1999), they always treat me as if I am driving a brand new Lincoln. Also, whenever the repair is going to take more than a few hours to complete, they always offer another Lincoln to drive until my car is ready. They are always completely professional in all they do.
