It was easy to make my appointment when I needed it and my car was serviced quickly. I had a sore leg and the guy who had parked my car when it was done noticed I was limping, so he went and got my car and pulled it up for me so I didn't have to walk. It was much appreciated. I recently purchased a 2015 Mercedes C400 from this dealership and had the car transported to New Jersey. While there were a few initial hiccups I have to give credit where it’s due. Despite the rocky start, the team, and particularly the sales manager Israel, stepped up and made things right. They took responsibility, reimbursed me for the unexpected costs, and showed a genuine effort to correct the situation. It’s rare these days to see a dealership follow through on their word, especially after the sale is complete. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them, and in the end, they handled it well. Overall, I had a great experience, and I really do enjoy my new car!

Derrick Cooper was an absolute pleasure! Extremely patient and attentive to my needs. He made me feel comfortable, I never felt pressured to make a decision. He knew I had been talking to several other dealers trying to find the perfect deal. When other dealers were sending me information on several different options and what they had in stock, Derrick asked more questions to really get to understand my wants, needs likes and dislikes. I had narrowed it down to 3 dealers, and was heavely leaning towards another dealer when Derrick asked he could just have 1 chance to get me what I wanted. I thought what do I have to lose...although I was leaning toward the purchase at the other dealer i felt as if I was settling and not getting everything I wanted..only what I had budgeted for. When I arrived at Skyline Ford in Keizer Derrick did not waste any time..he asked me a couple more questions and he pointed at the vehicle and asked what I thought...it was actually everything I wanted including my wish list of features. I thought there is no way this is going to fit into my budget. For that purpose I had been looking at used cars at the other dealers. Derrick, and his manager went to work applying rebates and discounts and knowing which finance companies had the best rates. When it was all said and done. I drove off the lot with my very first New vehicle, within budget and in my dream suv. With just a little patience, listening and creativity they made it happen for me. We have bought 2 vehicles from Mark and he took very good care of us as well as never telling anything but the truth about how long our orders would take to be filled from the factory but kept us informed all the way. We bought new a 22 Bronco Sport and a 24 Ranger. Both have had a couple of recalls which Landmark Service (mobile)and at the dealership could not have been nicer and on time.
