I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been stressful and not my favorite places to spend time. But that all changed when I met my salesperson, Asli. Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down. We're already planning to come back next year! Thank you, Asli, for being exceptional!

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Chris Dvorak "CD" has made this an exceptional purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions took me on a test drive and he was just hands on. After making my decision to purchase, Phil Noel in the finance department just added on to the awesome experience. Another awesome, knowledgeable person, he was so helpful and kind. Both of them were truly amazing. If anyone is looking for a Honda, you must go to West Broad Honda and ask for these 2 gentlemen, I promise you, you won't regret it. On 9/30/25 I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, which was the last day before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. I have purchased over 30 new cars/trucks/SUVs during my lifetime and feel this was one of the few superior (relaxing) experiences because of their friendly staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search online looking for Honda Prologues that I wanted by comparing inventory within 100 miles & dealer advertised pricing. After I determined the configuration that I wanted (elite) I asked for an out-the-door (OTD) quote from four dealers. I settled on CMA’s Colonial Honda based on their in stock selection and “best” competitive pricing. As a large volume dealership they offered better pricing than even larger & smaller competitors within 100 miles. My first interaction was with Jeanette Kelley from their internet sales department to request an OTD quote. Working with her sales manager, Aaron Parsons, they provided the OTD quote as requested and we agreed on a final price. Since it was the best offer that I received & it was in stock, I decided to lease it from them. When I showed up Jeanette introduced me to Eddie Delgado, one of their veteran car salesmen. He introduced me to the exact vehicle at the exact price that I was quoted by Jeanette. Eddie offered me a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, charged the EV, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Prologue. He took his time to introduce me to all the features, especially the charging system requirements. He explained the EV charger in home options and helped me setup my new apps. Adam Blake from their business office prepared and finalized the sales/leasing paperwork and carefully explained the lease pricing & terms. CMA’s Colonial Honda has been selling Hondas in Southern Chesterfield/Colonial Heights area for over 6 years. They have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. I will definitely buy my next Honda from them again in the future. Thank you Jeanette, Aaron, Eddie, & Adam for a great sales buying experience

My Tuesday visit was with Rashawn. My next visit return visit on Saturday was with KathyDel Cid. I feel like both are trustworthy advisors. They let me know what is needed and whether if it is a safety concern or something that can wait a while. Car repairs are getting outrageous!!! I have had to return when repairs weren’t quite right and both have been very helpful in getting an answer or solutions to the problem. I like the videos which allows for more transparency. It is true we don’t always trust what the auto repairman recommends. Is he trying to upsell you unnecessary repairs? Having a trusted advisor helps. Thanks Kathy and Rashawn at Sheehy Honda/Hybla Valley. As long as you’re there I’ll continue coming back!!!

In Nov 2023 we purchased our 3rd Odyssey from Priority. We have owned an '03. a '13 and now a 2024. We have been Priority customers since July 2003. Although we closed the deal, it was not without conflict. 1) I asked for mud guards to be installed. Our previous Odyssey's came with mud guards installed by the dealer. I hoped to get the same service in 2023. But, to my amazement, they said "No" as there was no one at the dealership who could make that $117.00 decision ! Not the sales agent, the sales manager or the business manager! WOW! 2) When we were closing they offered me $3,500 for my trade. Then the business manager added $1,000 back into the purchase hoping I would not notice. I had to call him on it. Also, I strongly objected to the $900.00 processing fee. In short, we were treated without any consideration for our repeat business (More than 20 years!). If it were not for the free oil changes and free state inspections, I would not return to this dealership. In fact, I strongly recommend anyone buying from Priority reconsider. By the way, Priority Auto Group is now owned by a dealership conglomerate. I don't recall the name!

I would like to thank Jim Calvert for his recent assistance in the decision process and for my purchase of a 2026 gasoline-only, 2.0L Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. I decided to part with my 2010 Japanese Fit after 15 years of reliable driving. My decision on a vehicle purchase was initially mixed, given the number of options I had. My only real interest was to focus on a gasoline-only model, given that I was, and continue to be stubborn on a hybrid model purchase. Long story short, I limited my test drives to the Civic 2.0L, Accord 1.5L Turbo, Passport 3.5L and Pilot 3.5L. All these vehicles drove and handled well, but in the end, I decided to go with Civic Hatchback. The Civic’s performance and storage capacity is quite adequate, and its pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Jim’s assistance was second to none, and that included answering an infinite number of questions, along with verifying my research, and clearing up my assumptions. I have driven Hondas since 1974, and I have never owned a Honda for less than 15 years. “Old School” never changes for some people. Thanks Jim. You are an asset for Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg.

I bought a new 2026 HRV Sport for my granddaughter. Carl was our salesman. He did an excellent job telling us about the HRV and getting a trade in value. I didn't feel pressured to buy any additional services. I did listen to his offers and decided to purchase the 5 year Maintenance plan for her. She's still in College, so no surprise expenses for any fluid changes, tire rotation, and air and pollen filter. It was a smooth transaction, Over the years, I've bought 4 CRVs from Checkered Flag. No complaints.

Did my research online first so I would know the value of my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. They directed me to the exact model I was wanting (an HR-V) and let me drive it without pushing me toward anything else or asking anything about financials. When I decided to purchase, they made the process smooth and allowed me to see various breakdowns with and without options and extras. They let me be the sole decision maker and never pushed anything on me. The one thing that did annoy me was the refusal to remove the destination fee, which I've always managed to get removed on all of my four previous new vehicles. I really wanted the vehicle, though, so I didn't argue too much. Overall, it was a friendly and efficient process. I would certainly visit this dealership again.

Stay away from this dealership if you need any type of repairs. Brought my car in for a CEL emissions issue, that should of been covered under warrant, and was quoted almost $1k to maybe fix the issue. Incompetent technicians who just want to throw parts onto vehicles without having the proper DTC codes. Dealership doesn't even have a Service Manager. Honda should be ashamed of this franchise. Great place to purchase a vehicle though. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the sales department. Maybe they should just close the Service department.
