I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new.

Alejandra had helped me almost four years ago and I wanted that same great experience again. When I arrived she pointed out the car I was looking for, when over all the updated features. There was one item I was concerned about Alejandra assured me it would be taken care of, the General Manager, who name I have forgotten also came out and assured me it was no problem to take care of the issue. I later met the Omar Omari for the financing, it was a pleasure to work with him again. Once I left the lot my experience was not over. Alejandra and called a couple of times to make sure that everything is still alright. Now I feel like part of the family.

Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

We purchased a new 2015 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Oxnard when the dealer was fair and we knew the contract, in written form, before we purchased the vehicle. In 2024 we purchased a used vehicle from the same dealer but under new ownership. We were not able to review the contract in written form, only on a large screen. They charged us for items we didn’t want. We have never a difficult time with a dealer until now. We had to print the contract at home on our own printer. Now months later we had a flat tire and there was no lug nut key and we had to pay over $180.00 to remove the locks. Lexus did not verify that the vehicle had locks when we purchased the vehicle. I would recommend customers to go to Thousand Oaks for a Lexus.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. UPDATE: After writing my first review, I was promptly contacted by a member of the customer service team. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!
