This dealership was fully transparent!! We negotiated the sales price and out the door price all over the phone with the Sales Manager, Mike Maresca. He took the time to walk me through the numbers and was a complete professional. He set up an appointment for us to come in the next day. Once we arrived at the opening of the store, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already staged and up front for us to view and drive. Mike had the salesman, Carlos Scaloni already briefed and the process was seamless!! We test drove the vehicle, finalized the purchase and left the dealership in an hour!! Very professional staff and respectful of our time!! I highly recommend this dealership and if you get the chance to work with Carlos Scaloni and Mike Maresca you will not be disappointed!

Barry Weiss answered my questions clearly and completely. He and Irene Powell accepted my offer, when I was forced to reschedule my original appointment, in order to allow me to make a deposit to hold the car in which I was most interested, until I could get there. We made a new appointment for a couple of days later. Then Brian accompanied me on my test drive, explaining features of the car which were different from the previous Hondas I had owned. I told him I wanted to buy an extended warranty, valid for several years. Within a few minutes, he introduced me to Chris Corbett. Chris went over the options available to me, and the pros and cons of each, with his useful, relevant knowledge, and with welcome, polite humor. I told Barry and Chris that I was ready to pay in full for the certified pre-owned Honda and for a warranty that would be in effect not just for one year, but rather for several years. I am convinced, that Chris proceeded to describe options, with the sincere intention to help me choose the plan that was in my best interests. We agreed on one. Chris guided me with the necessary paperwork. Lots of thanks to Irene Powell, to Barry Weiss, and to Chris Corbett.

I returned a week after delivery to have a Zurich Shield protection product applied and found the service department was also topnotch. Brian and sal are the best dealer and financial man! Also best service. There are not enough words to explain their level of kindness as well as they went above and beyond! When we had problems with. Keep we bought 2 months ago and they fixed it for free and gave us a brand new crv to barrow while they worked on our jeep. On our way to return the crv we were in a serious accident and totaling the crv and had some broken bones and torn ligaments and all they cared about was how we were doing! These people are not just excellent in all aspect of their service but lead with the kindness of their hearts and souls. Not a good place to buy!! Spent a full day dealing with this dealership. The general manager (Frank Kahn) doing the appraisals falls short in this category. He would not even match their sister dealership. He was $1600 under Williams Toyota, Matthew’s and surprisingly Simmons Rockwell right up the road. Mr Kahn claimed they can see what other dealerships offer in their system, as I showed him in writing, the offers. He claims he uses JD power and the going auction site (using Mannheim NJ). When I watched him evaluate my car he did so using the lowest ratings possible giving a less than fair price. I was told “this is a business” several times!! When I got on the same site to appraise, I came up with what the other dealerships were offering. I had full knowledge what I should expect for my trade as I have been shopping around. I was told the same person does the appraisals for the KIA building next door. Don’t think you’ll get any better on your trade there either!!! The manager at the KIA building did offer to help but I still was not getting my vehicles worth. The appraiser tried to say the tax credit you get for trading is part of your trade price. No, you get this credit no matter what for any trade any dealership! You are only allowed to test drive around their parking lot. This I find strange as I seen a female sales person with a plate in her hand. The salesmen I was working with (Curtis) willingly came in on his day off to finalize a deal with me. I thank him for that, but I was filled with false hope and a wasted day on my part too!! You did try to help and I genuinely think you felt bad you couldn’t do anything for me. Hopefully Williams Honda and Frank Kahn don’t underprice your worth. I understand “this is a business” but you lost a sale over $1600 bucks which ain’t crap to a dealership with several buildings and brands. Do your homework, know your worth as you won’t get this at Williams Honda or Kia.

Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. We actually bought a toyota from him (he's a honda salesman) that happened to be on the lot. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center!
