I just want to say , Your service is the best. I've had previous great experinece with my RV last year. This last visit last week so just a great!! Elizabeth Mejia took care of me. The video you sent me showing inspection and cause of proble was outstanding . I show it to collegues !! I had truck in at local dealer , 1st they charged me for something related to what was fixed in Cavender and under warranty but I was charged $500. I dont know why but I couldn't take truck from dealer with out paying . They made up reasons of animal biting harnes , then something else , then they could find proble of pre collission light on for over 10 days. I told them I was going to take to Cavender , they said "OK" Well thank god I did . Very couteous , professional , down to the point of problem in a matter of time ( hours) Part wass replaced and wal-la problem resolved.
I am very happy with service from Cavender and honestly would not take my truck anywhere else .
SHOUT out to service dept. , Ms Elizabeth Mejis and all crew. Everyone was VERY helpful kind ad pick up was easy . All under warranty
VERY BAD SERVICE IN LAREDO -- ONLY BECAUSE THEY LIE WHEN IN ALL REALITY DO NOT KNOW AND ARE HONEST OF NOT KNOWING SO MAKING UP STUFF AND CHARGING WHEN IT WARRANTY -Bad Bad!!!
