So I brought my car in to Jerry’s just to get checked out for a couple things like new windshield wipers, check my brakes, and check my transmission, and check my mirrors that move on their own against my settings. Now they had my car for a couple days, talked me into a new battery… okay fine. Most things are covered under my extended warranty purchase. But here’s the problem. My car left in worse shape than when I brought it in. The check engine light has come on twice now and won’t go off. The rear air conditioning no longer works and my mirrors are still moving on their own no matter what my settings are. They also overcharged me and still haven’t seen payment back for it. I have called multiple times only to be disconnected or get a voicemail. I sent a text which was not responded to until I sent a few more. Was told someone would be calling me about setting up a rental vehicle but still haven’t heard from anyone. Seeing as this company is the one who messed up my car you would think I’d be more of a top priority to fix their mistakes. I’ve got 4 kids and driving around in 100 degree weather with them baking in the backseat is not okay.

I have been driving Hondas for almost 27 years. I'm aware of mechanical issues that can happen, regular maintenance that should be done, etc. I had never used this dealership until recently. I acquired an old Pilot, and decided to try them out with an oil change. From previous experiences, I won't go anywhere else for that service, but a Honda dealership. I get treated just like any other customer, even though my car isn't as shiny and new. I like the inspections and reminders they go over for service. It's not a hard sell, like you might find with other convenient places. Connor and Greg B. have been most helpful with all my questions and service needs. Both were informative on how I can save on some needed maintenance. Both went out of their way--Conner with providing me carfax to determine current service needs and quotes, and Greg going above and beyond with loaner options, and his service, and ideas to save money. The dealership was busy both times those men helped me, and they were patient and kind, never rushed me, nor did they exhibit anything other than superior service. Thank you!!!!

I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. He made sure that all my questions were answered and assured me that if I had any more questions that I could just call him at a later time, since it was pass the close of the business day. He went above and beyond the call of duty, by making sure I had a way to get the rental car home and the car that I just purchased.

Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.

I have nothing be good things to say. James was very easy to work with. Then when we went to underwriting they laid everting out very clearly and left it up to us what we wanted to do. I didn't feel like an agenda was pushed on us.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I am financing two vehicles now. I wanted a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and was able to get one October 2016. I have been back and forth to the service department five times since Memorial Day 2024. I cannot sit at a traffic light or a drive thru without vehicle running hot. The last time it was in service department was Aug. 16, 2024 and a week later it is back with a final diagnosis of needing a radiator fan at a cost of $725. When I got the vehicle it was supposed to be under three year warranty. With these service department trips, I have been told over and over that the warranty doesn't cover work this vehicle needs. I am feeling so messed over.

Very dishonest Finance Manager, and the General Manager - I was told that I could cancel the Extended Warranty at any time and get a refund...after purchasing the EW and paying for it with my credit card because I didn't want it to be part of my loan payment, even though he convince me to added to loan contract but said it not part of the loan - that should have been a red flag for me then - after a week without ever using it I decided I was going to cancel it. I talk with the finance manager about cancel it, and, he told me I had two options to cancel it...one option was to get a refund, but, it will go toward my loan balance, which will reduce the amount I owe...and my other option was to refinance, and, I will get the refund back after refinancing. I told him he never discussed that with me, so I requested to speak with the general manager, and, after explaining everything to him, I told him in good faith that I should receive my refund back to my credit card, but, he agreed with the finance manager said there's nothing he could do. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions, it says, “You may cancel this Agreement at any time and for any reason, and you will be entitled to a refund from Us, as described below. (1) If We or the Selling Dealer receive a written cancellation request, on or before the 30th day from the Signature Date and no claim has been filed under this Agreement, this Agreement will be void, and You will be entitled to a refund equal to the full Purchase Price You paid for this Agreement.” Because I don't trust them anymore, I refinanced my loan, but I haven't gotten a refund for my credit card.
