Jourdan also stayed late on our first visit to the dealership to enable us to test drive multiple cars and explore options and then stayed even later the second time we came back to close the deal. She made the process of new car shopping extremely joyful. We ultimately leased a car that Jourdan had to acquire from another location. We could not have asked for a better experience. Jourdan educated us on the ins and outs of leasing since it was our first lease. I would highly recommend this Herb Chambers location for the experience that Jourdan created for us.
