Some car dealerships have ads saying they will be your friend if you buy from them. I don’t know of anyone who ever became friends with a dealer just because they bought a car from them. I wasn’t looking for a new friend, I was looking for a quality used car and a dealer I could work with. The sales person Amber was friendly and knowledgeable, and the car was waiting for me cleaned and ready to go when I got there. There was no pressure, no lies and no running back-and-forth to the sales manager. The financing process was easy and clear and everything went exactly as promised. I am very happy with my car and the transaction.

My husband, my daughter and myself came to the dealership from Eastern Long Island. Leah picked us up from the ferry and brought us to the dealer. She made our experience so easy. She was very professional. We bought a used Jeep for our daughter. The finance team was amazing as well. Everything went very smoothly and when we were finished with finance we went out to the Jeep and there was a big pink bow, which put a big smile on my daughter’s face. They couldn’t be more thoughtful. I’ve had many jeeps and my experience purchasing from other dealerships was never very good until now. We will always be going back to see Leah and her team whenever we decide to get another jeep.

I called the service department twice and left a voice message. After 2 hours with no return call I drove down to get a price on a replacement fob. They printed a quote for $219 plus programing. I had it done (took the tech 20 min.). I went to pay the bill and the service writer said it was $490. You mean to tell me programming cost $270? Next someone asks for a quote, give them an out the door quote. What a scam! Never again will I do business with these scamers.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it towed to Huntington Dodge Commack because I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased it. They said it was the starter, replaced it and it seemed okay for a few weeks. I got stuck again and had it towed to them again. It has been there for 18 days so far. I was told it would be ready today and now they are saying that the part has not arrived and are blaming UPS. It was ordered 4 days ago. really?? Once the problem is diagnosed they claim 3 days for it to be approved even though they said that it is covered. Once approved another 3 days to order the parts. They replaced the PTM - now they think it is the alternator. Was it misdiagnosed the first time? No courtesy vehicle. Big expense with towing and having to Uber to work etc. I feel that they don't want you to come there because it is a warranty repair. The staff has been courteous but the procedures they have to follow are unreasonable. Why not order the part right away? It's MOPAR. If for some reason it is not approved- return it. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.

Car in shop 3 days, they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong , took engine apart and left it like that , had to have it towed because of incompetency and poor arrogant service , paid a fortune for nothing on top of it all. Later my mechanic fixed the car within half a day for less that the amount I paid them.
