If you buy a Mazda from the Colonial Mazda Dealership you get free oil changes for life. What a great reward. The staff at Colonial Mazda were very friendly, courteous, totally professional and I never realized what I was missing until I owned a Mazda. The safety features of the Mazda CX-5 are outstanding. I really feel confident driving my Mazda knowing that the car itself is looking to keep me safe and the sensors installed at the factory on the car are the very best of all the other car makers. Mike did an outstanding job facilitating the sales process, with the utmost professionalism and personal care. The financing experience, while highly entertaining, was slightly less favorable. I appreciate that there is always an inevitable negotiating dance involved in the process but I would have preferred a little less haggling (it was simply unnecessary on my part but I understand that it had to be done for the financial health of the dealership). Ultimately, we got to a decent place so no real complaints.
