No one is happy to have to take their car in for repair after a collision.......but what an exceptional experience this was for me! From the start, your Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato made the experience easy. He got my car in right away, arranged to have a rental car waiting for me, and returned my car to me looking better than it has in years. In addition to repairing the damaged fender, Chris and his team repaired all the nicks and scratches, polished my headlights and vacuumed the inside of my car. In this day and age when many don't take pride in the quality of their work, Chris and team stand out. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and O'Neil Nissan to anyone in need.Congratulations on a job well done!!

Stickers left on inside of car 2. black cladding over rear wheels scratched Dealer replaced both through the service dept see below: Service adviser was excellent Service was average 1. Drivers side mat was not covered When car went in for new rear cladding replacement. Dirt on mat 2. One of the two claddings had Scratches on it after being Removed and replaced.
