The only thing I was unable to give A+ rating was the final (bargained) price, but James cordially explained and convinced me to agree with the deal presented by Criswell. As for the Finance part, we also had a quite straight and satisfying experience with Krystie. I hope we will get a USB that comes with all details about this purchase and car loan processed for this transaction. James with check with Krystie to have such USB mailed to us. I certainly will refer Criswell to my friend circle for the good job done by its Sales & Finance team!

At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation.
