Being new to Bradenton, I found Dave and Bob Boast Volkswagen on line to purchase my Atlas. Dave and the staff at Boast Volkswagen were utterly amazing. Dave made my dream car come true. Dave Rook, Daron Taranto and Fernando Duran were utterly amazing to work with. It was a perfect experience of perfection. I will be servicing my Atlas there and referring this dealership and Dave to all my friends and my family.

In an economy where you think superior customer service would be the standard everywhere, it unfortunately is NOT. But my experience at Crown, working with Marcus Rogers was EXCEPTIONAL!. He confirmed my my thoughts by reminding me that "quality service" still exists. There are people and organizations who do what they're supposed to do. Our experiences elsewhere were less than ideal, ranging from aggressive sales tactics to being asked to discuss numbers before even test driving a car. However, our experience with Gonzalo Hurtado at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood was a breath of fresh air. Gonzalo introduced himself in a calm and respectful manner, guiding us to the vehicles we were interested in and helping us compare options without any pressure. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good. I bought a 2020 Certified pre-owned Buick Enclave with 53,000 miles from Boris and about 30 seconds after driving off the lot the power steering froze up. Could barely turn the wheel, putting myself and others in a potentially dangerous situation. I immediately drove it back to the lot and since it was 7:30 the doors were locked. Knocked on the door and someone took my keys and said they would send to service the next morning. Had to Uber home. Here we are over 2 weeks later and being told there is no ETA as the part needed is back ordered. So I am now paying for a car that Immediately went into the shop, and could potentially be there for up to 6 months, maybe longer. I asked for a refund given the situation but only offered an exchange for something the same price, which there happens to be nothing in inventory. I knew something was fishy with this dealership when about 8 months ago I came in to test drive a Mercedes but was told the manager had driven it home for the night…. All the way to Sarasota. I should’ve listened to my better instincts and avoided this dealership as it’s obvious they treat their used cars like garbage. I would avoid buying anything from this dealership if you can.

Waste of time, looking at Vinfast cars. They didn’t tell us we need a 800 credit score to get approval for the car. We not only got our credit pulled for myself but was told I need a co signer… so they also got the credit pulled. This was one the third visit. We don’t even live in the same city as the dealership. Make sure they tell you everything up front and get approval from a bank before they waste your time.
